Shibashish was our travel agent and he made sure that my in laws 41st Anniversary trip became as smooth and luxurious as possible. I had a very good experience while booking and during whole trip, I had booked with make my trip as well, but the kind of services travel triangle provided us was amazing, travel triangle is my go to place now.

Firstly driver assigned was not having much understanding of Hindi & English language. This created kind of communication gap. There was 1 instance where driver dropped us at Puri beach, and call was not picked by him for 10-15 mins when we planned to leave beach, making us to hire Auto to reach hotel back. 2nd instance happened in Bhubaneswar, when we planned to go for shopping around 5 PM. When we went down, cab was not there & he said it will take 30 min for him to reach as he is somewhere else, which again made us to hire Auto to reach market. Atleast driver should have communicated if he want to go anywhere & if we have any plan to visit any place. If we have paid for cab service, these things should not have happened. Overall, not happy with can service.

The hotel (Hans coco palm) was good. The agent modified itinerary as per our requirement. The car was good and driver was very courteous. But, our trip could have been much better if there was better guidance. In fact we do these bookings at a new place via a travel agent only for good guidance. The following points could be considered as a helpful feedback for every one 1. No need of a pandit guide at puri Jagannath temple, especially for darshan. You have to go through the same process anyway. 2. Food at Chilika lake is limited, costly and bad. Plan accordingly. 3. Do Not Buy stones sold at Chilika lake. They are fake. 4. Beware of the so called priests at most of the temples. They are full on to trap you for money. They spoil the decent temple experience.

Overall trip was good. Everything is as planned as per the itinerary. Driver and cab is excellent. We didn't face any problems except one at the breakfast at Pride Ananya is not upto the mark and service is late and food is cold.

We are a group of 5 families with children and chose a package for Puri-Konark-Bhubhaneshwar with Inde D Voyage. Shibhashish was helpful starting from planning our itinerary till the trip was successfully completed. He was constantly requesting our feedback during the trip. The Cab Driver Mr. Naba Mahesh was also very polite and prompt enough to drop us off on time at every place planned in the itinerary. Would definitely recommend Inde D Voyage for those who are traveling to these places from Bhubhaneshwar. Thanks to Travel Triangle and Inde D Voyage for making our trip memorable.

Our trip was meticulously planned and executed. The adventure hotel, bhuvneshwar was top. The Pride annaya resort, Puri, was good. Sofa in room was not properly cleaned. Food was costly but good in both places. There were no good places to eat out side these hotels in Puri in our journey. While returning from Puri via train, there were no good option to eat. One shall plan in advance for good. Either book from irctc or from hotel. Our Tempo traveller was good. But we faced issue with mosquito inside it for a day. We faced mosquito problem in Puri railway station waiting room. We were scammed in Chilka lake with fake gems. This scam is going on from atleast 2016 if I go by news. Travel triangle shall open a new section with scam to avoid in particular area and travel agent shall specifically tell these scams while explaining the trip. We were not 'told' about this scam by agent but it was mentioned in our iternary. Temples especially, Lingraj temple, didn't have any proper crowd control n had foul smell from broken coconut inside the premise. On Chilka lake one shall maximise time on the last Island. There is no guarantee that you will see dolphin in lake. Boat person will say things to keep you busy like, at particular location they more visible, or we have to far or, we came late or they are more visible in some other time. One of temple had cockroach nest on wall inside temple n no proper ventilation. We visited Puri temple in morning 7am. After darshan we had to walk without footwear in drain water. Administration should focus more on such small things. Inside Priest temple, priest well just hold your hand and say somr mantra and demand money. They will not leave your hand without money. I had to pay rs100. Best part of trip was chadra bagha beach. All beach we saw, water was clean. Odhisa govt should promote clean beach. But it lacked garbage management. On beach you can see plastic. But still it was better than most of beaches which I have seen. Konark sun temple is not a temple but a monument. It is maintained very cleanly. Beach were really good. One shall plan trip with keeping beach in mind.

The Darshana at Jagganath mandir was awesome, the main purpose of this trip. Had no issues inside the temple and it was really smooth arrangement by the agency. The remaining trip was okay not that great, not sure if I should have opted for a more expensive package or something else but it wasn't that great. The Darshana at Jagganath mandir

We had good overall experience in this trip apart from the day when we visited Chilka. As per our plan we were suppose to visit Satapada to board boat for dolphin visit, however despite telling the same to the driver, driver took us to a different place called Mirzapur where they charged 4000 for boating. Satatpada has the ONLY government boating counter and rest all the places are fake. Our driver told us lie in order to make his own profits from the commission.

The trip was well organised by the travel agent before the start of the trip and she politely customised the trip as per requirements and comfort level. 1. The hotels were quite good, especially stay at Toshali sands in puri was the highlight of this trip. 2. The taxi provided was comfortable but the driver was not well informed. 3. The travel agent was available throughout the trip and willingly responded to all the queries. Some of the major drawbacks are listed below : 1. The hotels were changed after the trip started which was unwanted and to the great discomfort of the travellers, they were repeatedly shifted to new place every morning. 2. There was no tour guide throughout the trip and my parents had to plan the trip on their own since the driver was not well informed. 3. The hotel room provided in Holiday Hotel in puri was standard even though a deluxe room was booked as per the itinerary. 4. Poor management and miscommunication by the travel agent with the hotel management regarding hotel rooms and complementary lunch/dinner led to lot of confusion and repeated intervention on my side. This should have been arranged in advance by the tour guide. The travel agent accepted their mistake and hope they provide better services hereafter.

Cab was good but behavior of driver was not good, he was adamant. Services, behavior of staff,cleaning of rooms, food etc. Of Pramod hotel at Puri was excellent.

Everything was great apart from Chilka Lake. Chilka lake is a big Scam. I repeat Chilka lake is a big Scam. Not worth it at all. Visit this lake if u have ample amount of time & money. We visited in the month of May, 2023 and they charged 3000/- after so much negotiation and guaranteed that u will definately see Dolphins & birds. But, in reality u will not see either of them. They will fool you after wasting your precious 4 hrs and when u will come back at the shore in the evening, nobody will be there in the office to complain because they knew that they have made false promises. Most interestingly, all the cab drivers are involved with them and will not reveal anything to any travellers. There were so many people like us who were complaining about the same. Besides, there is no fix charge. There is a group who paid just 350/- per head with the same package and when I requested them can I be a part of the group and will pay my share, the authorities simple refuse to be a part of the group. So, be aware of such scams and spend your valuable time at some other places. Also, on Chilka lake they will try to grab some money by showing fake pearls & stones. Be cautious & don't get trapped. Cab driver is very adamant taking you to the places of your choice. We just requested to take us to a temple in Puri and he refused stating that road is very narrow. Then we walked through that road and it was wide enough to drive the car and be parked. On the other hand the cab driver will take you to the Raghuraj painting village where roads are so so narrow where it is almost impossible to take the car. Not sure if they have any vested interest. So, just be aware, do your research and include the places at the time of finalising the package rather than requesting the driver on the day of visit. Apart from these things, trip was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thank you Travel Triangle & Ind d Voyage for this memorable trip. Hotels and travels agent were good. But cab services were not that good. There were three different drivers who navigated us. On the last day, the driver told us to finish our tour by 1:00 PM as he had another party to pick up. We had to call the travel agent to get this sorted out.

Hotel empires in puri is not as good as vits in Bhubaneswar. Also you booked empires from morning but we checked in at evening 6pm. Konark sun temple, rajarani temple and boating in Chilika lakes
