Overall experience is great. The service they have provided is also very good. You can directly communicate with them at any time and they will try to resolve the queries instantly. The only thing I don't like is you have to wait at reception after checkout because the ferry time was not correct according to the checkout timing. And sometimes the cab they send is not in good condition.

It was a wonderful trip with Andaman Great Holidays.. super helpful people, I was traveling with a 6 month old and hotels and agents were very supportive of that... I had asked the agents to book hotels which are baby friendly and they did the same .. i had no trouble baby food and hotels gives you complimentary baby food even they used pack my baby's food for the beaches.They were highly professional and were never late for any pick and drop at every island. I had an amazing time which was needed after delivery and all this was possible because of the Andaman great Holidays.

Overall a great trip. However, port Blair stay could have been at a better place. Seagull hotel did not have the type of rooms we were hoping for. But the stay at Havelock and Neil was amazing. Good food and ambience there. Cab drivers and tour managers were supportive. Just for the Majestic ship transport, the seats were allocated at different rows and required some changes to be made on the spot

The hotels didn't meet the star status specified. The drivers of the cabs were very selfish and they cared more about their convenience rather than needs and requirements of the guests.

I booked for Andaman honeymoon package through Travel triangle. The booking process and payments went smooth throughout. I observed that hotels in which we were residing could have been more upgraded as I saw there are options throughout. For an instance, we got a hotel in Neil Island which were not having private pool attached to it but other options were there in which pool was associated with the room. All the hotel types were basic only which saves the cost of the travel agent. But we as a client are playing good amount of money so we want value for same. Although it could have been charged a bit more in package but we were open for it and this could have been discussed while negotiations but nobody suggested. Going further we were assigned with a local travel agency named AOT and they were managing the local coordinations. Cab facility was good and we got pick and drop timely. Ferry transfer was also smooth but then there is also an option of upgradation. We got luxury type tickets and there was premium option available which takes you to the upper deck of ferry and we were in the ground deck. So I felt inspite of spending good money something’s keep missing. Apart from above mentioned conveyances all other things were on chargeable basis including water sports and other activities. I suggest that travel agent shall customise more attractive packages while giving thing in complementary like sone free rides in water sports or a good cosy dinner May be candle light. I personally believed that Travel triangle worked as a third party and all management locally were done by the agent named AOT. They were telling you about your next transfer, stay and suggestions on sightseeing if any. All the coordinators were good in islands but they had lot of clients to attend so they can’t give much time to any specific one. I would rate this trip overal as 3 out of 5 and hope Travel triangle will think about said improvements in coming trips. Do the Scuba diving in havelock on mandatory basis. Water sports also can be done but on Elephant beach.

Thanks Raji and Anil for hassle free trip to andaman. We have planned our trip in short span of time but you guys did a great job in making arrangement in accommodation and transport in well planned manner. in few places we lost our mobile signals but transport and sightseeing are on time. Special mention for Anil, who guide us on port Blair. Having tons of patience and even though we make him wait for longer time, always with his smiling face saying no issues sir, we can go now. Special mention for Raji, as our flight got cancelled in last minute and you have arranged our transport and accommodation in just 5 mins.
