                We had one of the best travelling experience (Dubai). Firstly, BHRAMANTI Tourism responded to my add on requests promptly and the itinerary planning and execution was top-notch. Thanks a lot to the lady who helped me in the initial planning phase. Everything was perfect eg: the hotel accommodation and its location, timely pick-ups, praiseworthy level of hospitality by everyone involved. Secondly, the level of support provided on other aspects eg: covid related guideline, gold buying related information, customs etc made the team stand out. I never had to call anyone from the Planning Team during the visit. The drivers in the team are highly trained, focussed on the road ehile driving and above all very friendly.                 The hotel was good. but the room has torn towels and was not changed even once in 4 days of the stay. The breakfast was moderate and has a lot of variety but no quality it was okay overall. the Staff of the hotel was very nice and polite with each and everything they were very friendly. The SIC vehcile was good and comfortable but the private one was the cab for which we have to wait approximately 5-10 mins before starting our day. and at last day for the cruise we had to wait approximately 30 min for the cab to arrive which was not acceptable. Private car means private car which is ready for you once you wanna leave it is not meant to be cab which we could have on our own if was in our knowledge that we would have been provided with the cab in the name of Private car. The person who was communicating with us was very nice lady she was there whenever needed great appaulds to her. If we talk about the dinner which was meant to be provided on 2 days by the organizers on Dessert safari and on Cruise day both werre barbeque dinner. The food was cold, no taste, no quality they served daal chawal ( Pulses and Rice) on barbeque dinner on both the sites. Cruise was like a Big boat very dissapointing with the management the table were shaking it was not properly balanced. If we would know that this would be case in package i think would have done the trip by my own.
