Trip to MaldivesI came to know about Krafting Experiences through travel triangle. Right from the beginning, krafting experiences helped me to find the package which I wanted according to my customization. While booking the rooms, I was given the choice to select the rooms of my liking. My trip to Maldives was for 4 N 5 D in Olhuveli resort & spa with All inclusive package. The trip was to worth it. I had selected the deluxe room for 1st 2 days & I opted for Jacuzzi water villa for the remaining trip, but due to unavailability, I did not get that. Than the Director Mr.Jitendra had called me up and suggested me to go for grand water villa & I am very grateful that he suggested me the same. The Grand water villa was opened on the same day when I was to be shifted to the new room. I was the first customer to be in it & experience the heaven. Hence I am thanking from the bottom of my heart to Ms.Aasiya, Mr.Haider & Mr.Jitendra for making my honeymoon trip memorable. Just a day before leaving to Maldives, Mr. Jitendra called me and reminded of all the necessary things & documents which needed to be carried with me & also made a Whatsapp group for me in case if i face any issues over there, which I did not during the stay at Olhuveli resort as the services from Olhuveli were outstanding.!! Surely in future I will be contacting to krafting experiences for different trips.
Trip to MaldivesAwesome trip arrangements by DS Tours .. Thnks for the scervice and arrangements.will surely recommend. Had a great journey and memories in Maldives. Great Resort SunIsland
Trip to MaldivesExperience was not at all good. There was a communication gap between resort and your team. we landed to male from mumbai when we arrived to male the reservation team at counter no. 16 said that the youngistan traveler didn't informed them about the flight details. so they had booked the flight at 23.58pm at night. from male airport we approached to the local agent of sun island. when we reached sun island the team said that the booking is been done as per flight details received that is 23.58pm the local flight details. but then the resort team helped us to stay there and offered the 3night water villa. The youngistan traveler didn't informed the resort that we are honeymooners. So they are unable to give us a freebies which we are supposed to get. Very irresponsible job by youngistan Traveler not at recommendable. Thanks to the Sunisland team that they helped us to reach and enjoy the holidays.
