Jhalk's 6 days trip to Singapore

The overall experience was okay. However, certain issues/experiences are necessary to be shared for necessary corrective action: • This trip was originally finalised for Rs. 1,22,000 on 21.08.2019 (almost 4 months in advance and 1st installment was paid same day) • However, Mr. Robin of Rocking Trips informed over phone same day in evening that air fare has increased and Rs. 1500 will be charged extra on this account, otherwise this booking will be cancelled. Considering more inconvenience on account of cancellation (as conveyed/threatened), I accepted this increase of Rs. 1500. So, the final cost of the trip became Rs. 1,23,500. But Rs. 1,25,000 has been collected from me for this trip which is not fair. It is requested to please refund me Rs. 3,000 (Diff. of finalised trip amount Rs. 1,22,000 & actually collected Rs. 1,25,000 online through your payment link)

Ranaranjeet's 7 days trip to Singapore

That was a fantastic trip ....I enjoyed my time. Specifically, Singapore was an awesome destination for family trip. Malaysia was quite ok.....as such there was not much places to visit....Only thing which I would like to bring in your notice that the hotel which was booked for me for my stay in Malaysia was much better than the hotel at Singapore but it was located in a local area which was quite disappointing for a night loving person. My trip advisor assisted me at every stageand briefed me well in adv about the itinerary and procedures. I am very thank full to my trip adviser Ms Rishu Choudhary. Three days at Singapore were very exciting, loving and enjoyable for me. Universal studios and Sentosa island in Singapore and Genting Highland in Malaysia was fabulous......

Gaurav's 9 days trip to Singapore

Me and my wife initially travelled to bali followed by singapore. To start with bali, the experience was ridiculous in terms of accommodation provided to us. We stayed at park regis kuta for 3 nights which was a decent hotel except for the fact that there was only one charging point in the room. We could only charge one mobile phone at a time. We moved to the canggu boutique resort for the last night in which we were given a private pool villa which had the following problems: 1. The room did not even have one charging point and we had to buy an international adapter from the local market as suggested by the hotel and the travel agent. 2. Secondly, the swimming pool's depth was close to 5 feet which means that if someone is 5 2 then that person should literally know how to swim in order to go inside the pool. You will obviously not be able to just sit and relax in case you want to. 3. There were lizards in the room which came into our notice after having our dinner. The issue was escalated to the housekeeping team after which an ametuer guy came into our room and tried to catch the lizard. After failing, he brought an insecticide and sprinkled it all over the place thinking that it would kill the lizard immediately. We even tried to convince the lady at the front desk to upgrade our room just for a few hours as we had to catch an early morning flight to singapore. We were told that we would see lizards in every room after which we had no other option but to stay in the same room provided to us.My wife couldn't sleep the whole night and fell sick after landing at the singapore airport. I would recommend everyone to book on their own instead of falling into this trap of travel agents who are out in the market just to make money and fool their guests. Singapore was our best experience as compared to bali which was ruined completely.

Mahasri's 5 days trip to Singapore

Sir, This is Srinivasan . Just completed the Singapore, Malaysia trip through Smiling . First phase of Singapore went like clockwork without a hitch. The second phase is a different story. The coach to reach KL was late by nearly three hours. On the way itself I WhatsApp msgd smiling first. Then the Malaysia group Apple holidays asked me and I shared my location. As it was very delayed they msgd cannot keep driver so long so you have to go to hotel on your own. You can imagine my plight then. A new place with language difficulties. After an Hour we caught a cab paying 25RH. Since I was late my city tour was cancelled. . I've not even entered town (which they know) but they've sent driver to hotel to pick me up for tour at 5pm. ( How thoughtless). Quoting no show. They me that as no show I have to pay and go for the city tour. I refused as I'd already paid and as bus was late I'm not at fault. After this they scheduled the tour (they didn't tell me again I've to pay or how much). When the city tour was nearly over they called driver to collect USD 30. I told them before proceeding if you'd told I've to pay I may not have proceeded in city tour. (And all cabs sharing basis only). Evening at the time of picking up for airport from hotel they told me if I can't Pay, take taxi and go. (Which was also paid). If I'd taken taxi it would have been around 100Rh which is less than 30 USD. Then I paid the dollars in cash. Deplorable behaviour. Factors to be noted; bus arranged by the agency and how I'm to blame for lateness ? Why no backup plan. The tourist has to pay twice for the same tour? How come driver was sent to hotel knowing fully well that I'm still in coach? Informing about payment the ends. Telling the customer make your own arrangements in a new foreign place. Btw drivers were good and also the hotel. Sentosa, cable car, Batu caves. Best memories Worst memories. Behaviour of The Malaysian team . Apple holidays
