Kevin's 9 days trip to EuropeIt was a great family trip. Had a wonderful time. Our program was as scheduled and Inbound tour operator had made proper arrangements.

You have taken care of our budget and provided us suitable flights and other facilities. For visa application you and your team member has given good guidlines and proper information although we had many issues but still we got the visa and successfully completed our trip Please consider this as our positive feedback and would like to consider you if we plan further any trip. Sharanlalofficial's 10 days trip to EuropeVery prompt service by travel triangle...but some basics were missing in the agency I ended up chosing through the app, i.e. Duniya Safari. Think they should inform you that the flights available at the time are only indirect flights (no direct flights available), the hotel beds are not couple friendly, etc....little bit more attention to detail would have been very helpful.... Sometime a timely apology also goes a long way from the travel agency selected. Travel triangle was good ...Also, would appreciate if the travel triangle mobile app was more transparent in disclosing the installment payment amounts.....
Nitin's 8 days trip to EuropeBooked my honeymoon Europe trip (Paris & Italy) through Travel Triangle and finalized my booking with Duniya Safari. The itinerary was well-thought, well-crafted and they even modified it as per my preference. They took great care of all the things that I wanted to add on the trip. I was in constant touch with Ishita Roy and she did a commendable job in organizing everything. As we were traveling in Winters, she also took care of the weather and its impact. The VISA help was great as the Duniya safari team and the visa support consultants were constantly in touch with us and guided us through the whole process. The vouchers and the tickets were delivered well before time. Paris - The location of the hotel was good (near to the metro station & GDN). However, the room was small. The vouchers worked just as we expected. Overall it was a great experience. The airport transfer was hassle-free. Venice - Best of the lot. The hotel was really good (location, quality, and staff). The planned activities were worth it. Florence - The hotel was decent (the location was good but the staff was not exactly helpful in guiding us to reach the hotel). The Tuscany day trip was the highlight of the whole trip. Rome - The hotel, vouchers, activities were excellent. The hotel was well located and the Vatican, colosseum vouchers worked seamlessly. Overall the whole trip was a great experience thanks to Duniya Safari team. Special thanks to Ishita & Arindam who were constantly in touch with us and per-day update really helped us in planning our next day in advance. Great job guys and keep up the good work. Will contact you for future trips as well. Cheers !!

Saurabh's 8 days trip to EuropeI was not a overwhelming experience. Had to followup multiple times for the tickets and bookings.
Prateek's 11 days trip to EuropeNot a paid review, if needed you can give a call :) .. Long post alert!! Fabulous is the word!!! Kudos to Shell and Pearl Holidays .. especially Sailesh!! He is the man you should look for :) Reliable, Amazing Quality, Promptness, Empathising, Value for money, Friendly, Cooperative, Knowledgable, Understanding Till now I have always travelled abroad either on company bills or through brands like Makemytrip or Yatra in group package This is the first time I planned my holiday on my own and asked Shell and Pearl to curate it as a private trip. We celebrated our Xmas and New years in Spain and France (12 day trip). We were a bit apprehensive about going on a private tour with a 4 yr old kid, given that we planned to take trains, flights and explore not so touristy stuff across cities using public transport. But, What an excellent service by Shell and Pearly Holidays!!! I never had a good image of travel Advisors (don't want to call them agents, sounds very low) before this, had heard lot of stories about how bad they treat customers or in terms of services. I got a service which even brands like MakeMyTrip or Yatra can never match (trust me I have been in their packages lot many a times). The kind of proactiveness and eagerness Sailesh and team showed to make my holiday a wonderful experience was just amazing. I would like to specially mention about Sailesh here, who right from our first meeting was so polite and acted as our family member suggesting us things that would really work for us or won't work .. heard us well, he knew that we are travelling with a kid and made the trip in such a way that we are comfortable with a kid. Picking our calls on the first ring and answering our qns on whatsapp even late in the night. This is something that not even big customer care teams are able to achieve. Shell and Pearl made sure that I got all the tickets, bookings etc in time. I never had to crib or do followups in terms of the deliveries. I must tell you, that the kind of package they made for me in terms of activities, cities to be covered , quality hotels, internal transfers etc, they gave a quote that no one else can ever match. Beauty was that there was a hefty amount that had to be refunded to me due to some sudden change in the itinerary, and I can't believe that I told Sailesh the amount to be refunded, and without any procrastination or arguments to hold the amount, he transferred it in a day's time. I never had such comfort collecting money from any one else :) One Instance - I could not get reservation in eurail from Madrid to Seville due to Xmas rush and only 1st class was available, which was expensive on spot booking. I had a flamenco show booking in the evening at seville, which I could have seen only if I travel in that train 1st class. Sailesh without blinking for a second asked me to book it and offered me a refund of the differential amount, as he did not want me to miss the show scheduled in the evening. Can't tell you how much comfort that gave me given that I was so stuck at the station with a kid who was totally tired, I wanted a helping hand then, and Sailesh just did it!! Despite giving such a competitive pricing, I was amazed to see that he offered me hotels that were great, I stayed in good hotels throughout and the internal transfers given were top class. The promptness was such that when when we asked him to suggest us city lockers, activities late in night somewhere around 11-12 pm, he still researched about them and sent us important information, which saved a lot of effort. Can't than enough the entire Shell and Pearl team to make my travel so memorable, They have become my travel advisors for life :)
Sandeep's 8 days trip to EuropeI traveled to Switzerland and Paris in the end of Dec and beginning of new year. Everything in the trip went smoothly. There were a few hiccups because of the strike in Paris but nothing we could not deal with. The itinerary created by Vishal was pretty good and we enjoyed all the places. All the necessary information needed for the trip was provided by Vishal and I am satisfied with that. The hotels were good but only concern was that the rooms were a little small. No complaints about the quality of service in the hotels or the hotel staff. I would definitely consider Traveltriangle for my next trip. One suggestion would be - Hotel location should be chosen in Paris very carefully as there are transport strikes all the time and moving around the city might be a pain.
Amitava's 14 days trip to EuropeTravel Triangle did the most right thing like last year by refering to the right tour company Pick Your Trail for this customized tour for me and my wife. The trip to NewZealand for 14 days was awesome. It was a customized tour but well planned by Megha as per my requirement and well executed by Sunil. Both of them were from Pick Your Trail. Mr Sharan Khanna and his team from Pacific Pearl, Auckland was just superb in supporting every itenerary of the tour, be it hotel, activities or transfer. I thank all of them. The Visa team comprising of Chandu, Jaideep, Arko was very professional. Overall Mr Raj was a very well balanced executive and has got excellent manners.
Nidhi's 10 days trip to EuropeIt was really nice experience with the team, the way they organized it. We(me and my wife) went for 10 days Europe trip(Paris, Venice, Florence and Rome) I would like to share the positive part of the team: 1. The package they created was economical, compared to others. And, even if you don't like, they are always there to customize as per your needs, in the most economical way. 2. During the tour, they used to share the reminders of the visit for that particular day along with the routes and details, along with the important information if any... 3. They were always there connected, whenever u need via wassup or call. Since we didn't have the outgoing calls, we used to discuss via WhatsApp. Overall, I would recommend everyone to try. If confused still, check their quote, once! :)
Aranya's 15 days trip to EuropeDuniya safari is one of the most promising up and coming tour planners in the city. We first came to know of them through the internet when we were frantically searching for customized trips to Europe. We did not want to travel through Europe in a group of 40 or 50 people where we wouldn't have any privacy or independence and we had heard those horrible stories regarding group tours from our friends and family. Duniya safari at that time was a godsend as they specialize in customized tours. Nilanjan and Arindam at Duniya safari really helped us plan our trip, they helped us with the visa application. We visited 3 countries France, Switzerland and Italy and our trip was for about 15 days &14 nights. They had pretty much-organized everything for us with airport transfers to hotel transfers, city tours and all at budget prices. We had imagined that a customized trip in Europe would be tough to manage without the guidance of a group but to our surprise, we faced little to no problem. Arindam and Nilanjan were always a phone call away and every night they briefed us regarding our itinerary the following day. We had no headache it was the best of both worlds we had the comfort of a group tour and the independence of a customized tour. We really had a great vacation we had hop on hop off bus tickets in every city we went which is the best way to see the city I think. We lived in cozy hotels and a nice cottage in Switzerland which was all arranged by them. We really travelled extensively in Switzerland we went to both Jungfrau and mt Titlis which most tour companies won't take you. All our hotels and living accommodations were in the heart of the city which made transport really easy, unlike group tours where they put you up in hotels 10,20 miles away from the city centre. So to wrap it up I would like to say that if u want to go on a customized tour which I believe is the only way to travel then Duniya safari is your guy.
