Authentic Traveler Reviews

Read on to find out why our customers love us!

Ajai's 5 days trip to Sri Lanka

They are the excellent people here. From the initial conversation with Udani, with setting up the itinerary, hotel needs, amenities, etc., they were very helpful and easygoing. I would thank Ms. Ravishi mainly for this and conversations with her because of which I chose Udani. They were very professional and sent all the bookings, other details on time. Got the driver and car details also earlier than my travel. I received a very warm welcome from the driver Mr. Saman at exact 4.30 am as we mentioned. He was an excellent guide and helped us everywhere, explained all the details. Never seen such a helpful guide. He was very resourceful too. He came with us to the places and guided us in all the experiences there. He took us wherever we wanted. His hospitality was unmatchable. We asked for a honeymoon and we got an amazing honeymoon along with very good hospitality. With heavy heart, left Sri Lanka and their hospitality. Thank you Mr. Saman and Ms. Ravishi for our blissful experiences. Would recommend this tour operator to everyone.

Disha's 7 days trip to Sri Lanka

Positive: Hotel selection was good. All tourists places were covered in itinerary Negative: Once booking was done, Agent wasnt responsive quickly for any question. Guide assigned to us did not know much . Any question asked he will ask the driver and then answer us. English was also ok. We didnt understand why they needed to assign 2 persons with us Guide + driver, both were not great. Guide did not speak and talk anything about the history or value of the place. Just use to drop at the place and ask us to go around and see but no talks regarding There was no guidance previous day or at start of the day how to manage time and where to go to cover all places. Location of the hotel was also far and there was lot of back and forth driving involved. Overall not very much satisfied for the money spent.

Bhargav's 6 days trip to Sri Lanka

We have been on a 5 night trip to Sri Lanka through Udani Tours booked via Travel Triangle. They were very competitive in getting the best prices and getting the itinerary customised as per your need. Overall tour was good without much hiccups barring confusion with couple of hotel check-ins. But one thing I would highlight is their post booking support and friendliness is below the mark with less responsiveness which was not expected before booking. Also, we had a last minute fiasco where there was a change of hotel last minute (after confirmation and payment from our side) which was a bad experience.

    Bhargav Ch Chennai

Iman's 7 days trip to Sri Lanka

The route was superb! and the hotels were amazing the whole arrangement made our first time experience to Sri Lanka unforgettable The driver was very good and he knew the whereabouts really well and gave us very good tips and his car was excellent, comfortable and brand new Thank you for the great time we had

Ankit's 6 days trip to Sri Lanka

Overall experience was good, but last two days of trip driver made some excuses of something and sent someone else, and the new car was not nice and there was a problem with the communication also.

Having our hotel located right next to a beach in Bentota fulfilled our need of peace and relaxation. Nothing better than a day well spent at a picturesque beach with the family. Before leaving the country, we spent one full day shopping in the metropolitan city, Colombo.
