What is the best time to go to Bali?
Best time to visit Bali is considered when the peak season is going on. Although it entirely depends on the weather conditions of Bali as to which is the best time to visit, still the peak season begins from the months of July and August, during the Easter Holidays, and Christmas / New Year i.e. from the month of December till the 1st week of January. To enjoy a budget tour of Bali, the best time to visit is during the months of April, May, June and September. The weather is dry and less humid. The months of October and November are also considered as a good time to visit for several reasons such as cheaper prices in room and rentals.
Are there any specific religious restrictions in Bali?
There are no religious restrictions as such but there are few etiquettes that one is expected to follow. Balinese people consider left hand unclean and therefore, avoid using it while handing over something or shaking hands. Touching someone’s head is considered disrespectful. Entering a temple with revealing clothes is not allowed. The only law that may be disturbing is about no entry for menstruating women to religious places.

For Indians, visa is not required if the stay is less than 30 days.
