When the Europeans arrived in Bali during the 16th century, they brought their Western culture along with them. Today, Bali stands as a symbol of these mixed cultures which has been preserved by the people. Travel to Bali

Read about the best & quickest routes to save time & money, as suggested by our travelers

By Air

Travelling by air is the best way to reach Bali from India. As many of the airlines have a layover at Kuala Lumpur, one can choose to book a flight from major cities of India up to Ngurah Rai International Airport. Garuda Indonesia runs a nonstop flight from Mumbai to Bali whereas there are only connecting flights available to travel from Delhi to Bali by air. One can also take a flight from India to Singapore and then board a flight to Bali. The airport is well connected to all the cities within the country as well as outside it. One can take a bus or taxi from the airport to reach their destination.

By Road

Bali, being an island, does not have any road connectivity with other parts of the world. Therefore, it is impossible to reach Bali by road directly. However, one can reach Singapore by road, and then take a ferry to reach Jakarta. Jakarta to Bali distance is about 1200 km; and it takes around 23 hours journey by bus from Jakarta to Bali. Thus, the route will be India- Myanmar- Thailand- Malaysia- Indonesia. Going to Bali by road is not recommended as it can take weeks to reach the destination. Also, one must have a visa and other permits for all the countries that are on the way, which makes the road trip very expensive.

Nandkumar's 5 days trip to Bali

have visited Bali with my family recently. I first approached Traveltriangle with my requirements and I received the quote from Craft Holiday Planners. I was a little sceptical initially about going ahead but after going through the reviews about Nonihal Singh, I went ahead started making the payments as and when required. I am truly delighted and happy with all the arrangements that was delivered as promised by Nonihal Singh. He was always available and answered all my queries to my satisfaction. The driver in Bali was Mr. Udi. He was very friendly, could speak good English and trustworthy. He was helpful and went out of the way to take us around as was planned in the tour itinerary. The quality of hotels where we stayed were very good. My only wish is that they would offer a few more items for vegetarians. A WhatsApp group was created by the organisers for any queries regarding the tour. I did not have the need to use it as everything went well as planned without any glitch. Overall I would give a rating of 5 * to Craft Holiday Planners for organising my Bali tour to perfection. have visited Bali with my family recently. And our stay in Alam Bidadri, Seminyak was ok as the first day it was kinda haunted and the next day we decided to roam around and during night we were getting negative vibes. The most memorable part of our trip is Nusa Penida. We would love to visit that island again and again. It was mesmerizing and peaceful. We loved it!!

Kindly keep good coordination with hotel staff and transportation company so that they can be well informed before the guest coming to avoid long waiting or they get surprised that we are coming. As you mentioned in your itenerary that there will be driver cum guide so you provided only driver, his task was only to drop the point nothing else... Transport agency should intimate vehicle no and driver name thru msg before the pick up to check genuineness of the same. There should not be like we are waiting at lobby at pick up time and not know who will pick us... Was messaging travel agency, they were also not responding.. If you are creating a whatspp group before the travel to sort out our concerns where no of people are added then after reaching there they must help us rather than responding like the statement "we are not dealing with this etc...." Bounty Cruise dinner and pvt pool villa...

Nitish's 6 days trip to Bali

The trip was indeed memorable. The package was well according to my custom needs. The pros 1. The agent was really prompt and helpful till booking the trip 2. The destination - Bali was superb 3. The package and the planning of the activities was well done The Cons 1. The travel agent pays less attention to your requests once you have booked and made the payments 2. Travel triangle helpline for already booked trips is best to nothing. Called million times a couple of days before the trip and nobody attended. 3. The travel agent was well informed by me to book baggage allowance before booking of the flight tickets and IT WAS NOT DONE. I REPEAT..IT WAS NOT DONE. EVEN THOUGH THEY LIED BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE WAS ADDED. I WAS CHEATED AND HAD TO PAY 10000 Rs/- from my pocket for the baggage. 4. EVEN THOUGH I BOOKED THE TRIP 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND MADE ALL PAYMENTS 1.5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, THEY WILL WAIT FOR THE LAST MOMENT TO RELEASE THE FINAL ITINERARY. IN MY CASE I GOT THE FINAL ITINERARY, ONCE I LANDED IN BALI. VERDICT 1. BETTER BOOK THE FLIGHT TICKETS ON YOUR OWN AND BOOK THE TRIP ACTIVITIES IN TRAVEL TRIANGLE 2. TRAVEL TRIANGLE NEED TO HEAR MORE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOOKED THE TRIPS THAN THOSE WHO ARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.
