The hotel they booked do not have any security, door were not closing properly, only one service man was there if you ask for water it will come to you in an hour or later. We have to take bath at hotel with one Bucket by asking service guy to take water from other sources. As hotel was not having water.  There is nothing defined like we have to make payment cash at the time of checkout of each hotel or location. But they behave like pay else we will not let you check out. Very very fake agency , very bad people, do not know how to talk to customer, Specially the owner so on Called Dwaj sharma. I will advice people who are reading this feedback please please do not hire them. The other feedback shared by them is i think they are their known people or friends. I am very sure they can’t give any good service to any one. All the people Dwaj Sharma, Monika (Who make our booking) and travel agency owner Anil Gupta are totally non- cooperative people and very bad in behaviour with customer.  We planned a candle light dinner, At the time of booking they agreed on every thing but at the time we were at spot they just said the menu will be only dal/chawal with candle. Guys do not believe their employees like Monika they every time say the issue was with Customer. Specially Monika is a liar who just ruin our first holiday with family.

Mr. Sandeep gave us a good arrangement of our entire trip. The most impressive thing was our driver Bablu was very kind person. He gave us a very good and comfortable service .
