travel agent and travel triangle. The spirit dampened post our booking. But still things worked well till our travel. A couple of things during the travel were quite upsetting: 1. We did not receive the welcome kit when we reached, the cab driver wasn't aware of it, nor was the hotel. It was quite a panic situation. Reach a foreign land, try reaching the travel agent, travel triangle, time difference, calling up ACD (Singapore travel counterpart) multiple times. We landed at 8 am and received the kit around 1 pm. Not a welcome one expects on a holiday. 2. We picked Hotel Boss for the stay, the hotel looked good on the web, good location, the Agent recommended it as well. We were made aware that the rooms would be small compared to Indian standards. But on reaching we realized there were no wardrobes in the room. As a traveler i wouldn't be aware of such finer details but i expect them to be known to the travel associates as its your day to day work. I should have been sounded off on the same, a week living out of suitcase is not very comfortable. 3. When i asked for a visit to Sentosa Island, i thought the entire thing would be covered in it. I did not know each attraction was billed separately in the park, nor was i told. I realized I was given the tickets to Madam Tussaud, cable pass and Wings of time in the entire park. I ended up buying tickets for many other attractions worth a couple of hundred SGD in the park (Sea aquarium, 4D ride etc.). If this be the case, a customer should be told before hand. 4. The itinerary which was mailed to me was slightly changed for the timings for the last day pick up and drop (visit to Legoland Malaysia). The person who delivered the welcome kit did not mention the change. and since the first 5 days were same as the voucher provided to us before travel, we expected the same for the last day as well. When we weren't picked up at the mentioned time, we called ACD and realized the pick up was preponed by 1.5 hrs. They said the same was corrected in the sheet they gave us. Partially our mistake as well but since it wasn't mentioned to us, we did not expect things to change on the last day. We ended up spending SGD 50 for the cab and bus fare to Legoland Malaysia unnecessarily. And also missed a couple of attractions in the park since we boarded the next bus 1.5 hrs later. Because of the above hiccups, the holiday was not exactly what I expected it to be. Pls look into these and keep the customer informed. Thanks! Transformers ride in Universal Studios...amazing!

It took 11pm at night to reach out hotel which is 6-8 hrs delay. The star Mart travel bus which we took broke down. And travelled at 20 kmph speed for 2 hrs. Need improvement in service

our is too bad, he just roamed in the city with a 60 km speed and completed the tour in just 60 min of drive, how can a person visualize the new area in the vehicle which is travelling in 60 km speed ?

He even got our hotel room upgraded and our tour to Eiffel Tower from level two to top level in existing package. Their VISA team also provided full support in visa filling and the entire process.
