The tours were planned well and almost everything was included in the cost of the tour which was very convenient as we did not have to undergo the hassle of payments everytime we took a cab or visited a park. The hotels booked were based on my choices and the reviews I had read on the internet so there were no surprised whatsoever. Both me and my wife had an amazing trip and brought back some really pleasant memories of the time spent in Thailand. There is one area of improvement in terms of the services provided. The agent has a tie up with a local Thailand tour operator. Although, it is extremely helpful to have local people assisting you at every airport and/or locations, it might be difficult to negotiate with them if you want to make any changes to your trip. Since I booked with Mr. Satnam, I messaged him about a change request but his response was that nothing can be changed once things are booked and I need to talk to the Thai local tour operator to make changes. This is something I found slightly disconcerting as I didn't book the trip with the Thai agent but with SabkiYatra. The attitude of "not my problem anymore" is not the best approach. I feel that it should be the agent we booked with who should help me with the negotiation. Overall, I absolutely enjoyed the trip and would recommend others to use their services. The best memory of the trip is the view from the Ao Nang Cliff Beach Resort at Krabi. The sea view room booked by the agent was really nice and we enjoyed spending our time in the room as well as the rooftop pool in that property.
