n though, Mr.Gagan handled it, what did come to light was that somewhere Travel2Agent didn't do the necessary follow ups with the hotel to ensure that they understood where the payment for this booking is coming from. The Panorama room was very well appointed & had a lavish feeling. In Centara Blue Marine Resort, we were given an older dated room, rather than being put into at one of the renovated rooms. I feel that Travel2Agent could have put in a word through their Thailand office to the hotel management to put us in a refurbished room, as it's not just about making the booking payments where it ends. Regarding the sightseeing tours, twice it happened that the pick-up time given on the itinerary was later than actual pickup time from the tour agent, for which we had to hear from the tour agent for no fault of ours. Travel2Agent should have instead shared the booking confirmation vouchers from the tour agent, displaying the pickup time. And in Phuket, without my knowledge, one of the sightseeing trip planned on a certain date was moved to the next day. And since that tour has a very early pickup, we had got up very early along with our kid & had a quick breakfast to be on time. There is no particular reason I can be convinced about such a last minute change. Regarding taxi, Krabi taxi pick-up from airport & drop from Krabi to Phuket was good. Phuket airport drop was made at the domestic terminal , instead of international terminal. and with luggage & kid, we again were inconvenienced to transfer between terminals through a shuttle, and also lost about 40 mins. Panorama room at Aonang cliff beach resort was excellent with grand view of the sea with limestone karst cliffs. Hong Island Tour was very scenic & relaxed with much lesser crowd than Phi Phi Island. Elephant trek was nice in Krabi.
