e simlply stayed at jodhopur for two nights and one day without much programmes of visit. i feel travel agent could have planned a visit to chattogarh fort instead of wasting our time in jodhpur in shops and parks. it was regretful we arrived jaipur late due to flight delay from mumbai. however, just for arrival of two hours late our planned programme of ajmer and pushkar cancelled by travel agent telling there is forest in between and it is dangerous to move in car due to robbers and wild animals. we do not know the fact but we got to believe. in bikaner room, geyser did not work at all. we had to call the room boy to bring hot water in bucket. it was not sufficient. as it was running out of time we got to satisfy with the available facility. in bikaner the fort we went to see was closed due to holiday. was it not known to travel agent. he had included in place of visit in itinerary. we lost our third place of visit. jaisalmer/sam tent was okay. people were friendly. i think it is a better tent, as i occupied a tent for first time in my life. I dont know much about tents. the best hotel in all respects with regard to facilities, food, services, etc, was only udaipur. there was no proper supply of hot water in jodhpur hotel also. it was almost cool only. we lost interest complaining. so we put up with the inconvenience and finished the trip. the agent said the tour would be about 2500kms. but the driver said it was only 1900kms totally travelled. it seems you have calculated tour fare for 2500kms but actually performed was only 1900kms. as such you may verify and try to refund excess tour cost if any. food was generally okay at all places. exceptionally good at udaipur. the ambience of room at udaipur was fine. well maintained too. driver was very good, coooperative, guided us well, patient, well mannered and hard working. his driving was skillful. there is nothing to say short in driving. the vehicle also good. there was no great inconvenience we felt even after such long journeys in between places. communication was a problem. though he understood what i spoke in english he had difficulty in conversing in english. because of my daughter who had some knowledge of speaking hindi we some how pulled on. otherwise it would be a boring trip overall. the word welcome drink should be defined clearly. we had tough time at jodhpur hotel. anyway that was satisfactorily solved. please specify what drink the hotel will give hereafter in all your estimates otherwise, we being south indians it is coffee or tea is welcome drink. i dont know about north india. of course travel agent made good some places out of itinerary for the loss of visit to ajmer and pushkar they were not alternatives but just consolation.

Palace in Jodhpur all the stay locations were very nice. Somehow I did not like Jodhpur hotel even the hotel staff behavior is ok ok. Drivers are very polite and guided everywhere and helped in getting destination earliest possible way to save time.

ls in Udaipur and Jaipur when I was told my name was not reflecting as a booking. I specifically had booked that hotel well in advance and was very disappointed. The alternative was good but not what I wanted. The attractions in Jaipur were amazing too. Everything was going well. When I was dropped to the airport I was unwell due to the weather changes. The driver spoilt my entire trip by messaging me and saying I should have paid him tip since he took me around. When I have paid Everything in advance I do not understand why would you force a tip. It's not like he was not paid. Moreover I was unwell. I might have missed but my mood went off. That's really sad. The attractions were beautiful
