AME HOTELS AND RESORTS... Regularly, I do followup through call/email for status and confirmation vouchers. All time get same answer, don't worry you will get as it is. After long time, just before 2 days ago of my travel he send me confirmation vouchers of hotels and resorts. I think that thing should be after week when you make payment but in my case i get after 20 Days and couple of hotel WAS NOT SAME. Cab & Driver: Ooni, Driver was really nice person but minus point he don't know Hindi language properly. Satheesh told me when I was planning my vacation, we will give you hindi and english speaking driver. That's fine over all he was good guy. Munnar - We asked for CloudsValley and we got Mountain Trail Resort, Which is far 22KM from Munnar. Hotel was good but we stayed 3 night at munnar so took more time in travelling for sight-scene from that Resort. Thekkady - We stayed for two night due to room availability. One night we stayed at Tigerroare Hotel which was good and one night at Coffee Routes -Nice one. Allappey - Houseboat On Same day when we are leaving for allappey I received call from Satheesh, You have to go kumarakom instead of Allappey due to technical problem in our houseboat so we shifted to other houseboat. Really, I was much upset because already send reminder that day is my wife's birthday and i don't want to spoil but in early morning he made my mood off! As we are from Gujarat so already reminded we preferred pure veg food in houseboat. He promised me to provide Flower decoration, Cake and fresh flowers for birthday. I would like to say thanks for arrangement but Cake was not eggless, Instead of flower decoration just got one small flower gajra(veni) and one rose!! Kumarakom: Kondai Lip Really awesome experience. I booked for one night but we really liked and requested to Satheesh to extend one more night. He tried his best but unfortunately there is only 11 rooms and all pre-booked so he arranged hotel in kochi. I appreciate for that help. Kovalam - Samundra Kovalam. We decided to skip that place - so I think we should get refund some amount because that hotel we stayed in kochi was not much expensive than Samundra Kovalam. Kochi - Cherai Beach Resorts We selected Garden/Sunrise Villas but got Dr Villa and I thought he made payment there but he put note on reception, Guest will pay!! When I read i feel bit odd. Thanks Travel Triangle for such a great service. It was my first experience and was good. Looking forward to go with you guys for my next vacation!

and worst food. Response of travel agent was excellent. I need not worry and from the time getting down at Rly station till return back to station everything was arranged perfectly. Except accomodation at pagoda for one day, the entire trip was smooth and pleasant.
