dint communicate clearly about the transfers to Chewang Beach street, whether it was private or arrange from outside, dint priorly inform us of the rate and payment methods or whom to pay the driver or to the hotel, and still after paying the whole amount , they called our tour manager informing that we dint pay the amount. it was upsetting there as well.. over all the choice of hotels should be better form your side. I chose seminar on mae nam beach.. it was really nice... the Sensimar Koh Samui was the best hotel will sea view suite... Koh phangan tour with speed boat was best(amazing veg lunch) 2.Anthong Marine Park with SIC boat is not recommended.. (lunch was horrible) 3. Thai Destination Pvt taxi Driver pick up was worst experience as the driver was not standing with a name plate, no information with the driver of time and name plate.. not even the numbers were exchanged of the passenger and drivers. waited for driver for 2 hours.. had to somehow arrange for reachable call the agent and then ask for drivers number. 3. Bangkok Safari and Marine Tour Drivers Taxi was worst. the AC was deliberately not kept in working condition. Passengers were frustrated with suffocation and heat. 4. Chauphraya princess river cruise was not much of a great experience, as it's too much of rush, full of not so classy public.. a better cruise and a much better crowd and show could be arranged, Food on was really very Good.. city lights were also good.. but not private at all and not so romantic environment... 5. Better Tours for Bangkok can be planned, any big Factory Visits, gems and jewellery market visit, Pratunam and Chatuchak tours, Night tours are suggested for party places.. Over all not satisfied with the tours at Bangkok..
