When we reached out to Travel triangle regarding this, one of the agent from My Travel Plan talked very rudely to us, saying are you uneducated. At the time of booking agent told us that we have early check-in at the hotel, but when we reached the hotel we were told that there is no early check-in booked for us and we had to pay the early check-in amount. When we reached out to the agent regarding this, they told us that they will refund this amount but even after multiple follow-ups over mail they didn't even bother to reply.

Maulik and team helped me clarify all my concerns and doubts related to the trip and furnished me with minutest of details as and when required. Maulik was extremely patient and helpful throughout - right from preparing the itinerary (which got revised numerous times on my request), to selecting the hotels and to sharing with us daily activities recommendations.
