etz Destination is the worst tour I have ever. At the time of booking I have in talks with Mr Mukesh who is a good and gentle person from Getz Destination, First issue is starting at the very first day we arrive to manali in the morning, We have a pickup from manali bus stand to hotel but we didn't get any pickup and the phone of the organizer was switched of, As you can understand we were on the road in rain and show fall, after some time we managed a taxi to the hotel and invest 1200 bucks for only 5 km run, because of bad weather, But when we ask this issue with Mr Arjun from Getz Destination who is illiterate and a 3rd grade sales person from getz destination, said please ask to Mr Ghanshyam(Hotel Staff) for reimbursement for your extra expense(Why should we ask to hotel staff, this is your duty to ask them and reimburse my money), And he is not ready to listen my problem as well, He is just shouting and the fuck he is telling me again and again that this is a very big thing that he is talking to me on 26th Jan which is a gazetted holiday, So Mr Arjun this is your duty to attend your clients, because your every client will always be on holiday on holidays only, If that so, do not book any tours on holidays!! understand !!. Getz Destinatoin, Think twise before hiring these type of cheep and illiterate persons. While arguing with Mr Arjun I said that I will take some necessary steps against you, then he said, GETZ DESTINATION didn't need client's to run their business, and trying to threaten me to cancel my hotel bookings as well, So guys please help Mr Arjun to expand his business and do not book your tour with them. At last he cut the phone, That day we have a half day city tour but due to bad weather this can not be done and we understand this, In my tour Solang Valley is also included but again due to bad weather this can not be done. But they didn't refund me any amount, On the other hand my friends are also there and they have booked their tour with "Travel Bingo", and "Travel Bingo" has refund some amount to them because due to bad weather they also not be able to cover Solang valley and some view points. I know writing this issue will not affect Getz Destination and Mr Arjun as well but this is my duty to inform Travel Triangle about my experience and issues, One more thing I am not concerned about 1200 Bucks because this was not a very big deal, but I am much concerned the way Mr Arjun is talking to me. He is not supposed to talk with his clients like this while his clients are facing some problems in the tour. The Holel Snow Country is very good hotel, Staff is very very good and food quality is really fantastic. I have no issues with hotel and hotel staff.
