The driver Ankit was picked us from Gurugram at 5AM and We reached Winsome resort at 12pm. Went well, Good Hotel, good lunch. As per our schedule we have to start at 1pm for siteseeing. But there is no driver no car. I called the travel agent Mr Fareed and he said the hotel staff has driver number and asked me to call him. I have asked hotel staff about the driver contact. They replied they know nothing about Sight seeing Plan. I called fareed again and again till 3. Then he arranged a guide and shared his number. I called the guide and waited for 1 hour... He came and said that we cant cover all the things so asked us to visit Girija Temple that day. But we dont have car. I called again Fareed he asked us to use the driver who picked us at Gurgoan and told me that he will cover the rest the next day. I said OK. Then next day I have to to SAFARI at 6.00 AM. No one came I called Fareed again. He has given me another number. Finally, the SAFARI jeep was arrived at 6.45 . We have called and complained Fareed many times, but tour guide dint pay any attention to our complaints. Now the real problem starts. Next 3 odd hours, the safari driver is in hurry and didnt cared us. We has a fight on this with Fareed He didn't cared asusual. After Safari, On the sight seeing, wherever he dropped us, we had to spend extra as they never provided any ticket for that tourist spot as they promised. After returning Gurugram the driver asked us to pay Rs 530 extra as the kms exceeded. I said that i have booked a package tour but he said i have to pay per kms. I called at 10.30pm to Fareed again and got a reply to call the cab owner. Atlast after a very long discussions and arguments with Fareed and cab owner and cab driver they left me at hotel at night 11pm........... At the end, we all were so frustrated with Jimcorbett Online Booking that we would never recommend anyone to travel via them. But one thing that we learned is: Never go for any tour via travel agents. Always go by self and explore the country by self. Strictly.. Not recommended... I dont know how they got good rating till now... Wasted 14.5K bcoz of believing them
