Very much surprised and were unhappy when Tour was talking about exceeding of Kms of tour etc as it was a place by place itinerary. sometimes though the operator looses , if he has business ethics , the tour should be arranged to the Customer's satisfaction. Hope things will be taken in a positive way. Just for taking the tour , pl don't quote and don't trouble the Customer later which is very unfair . Proper planning by tour operators and full cooperation is required . Pl don't upset the customers by trying to exploit for extra money or cut shorting the itinerary as per your wish . Don't forget the operators are collectiong the total amount in advance . Creatind hurdles is not good and a black mark on your reputation and good will. Meeting the customers personally during the start of the tour is a must as both the tour operator and Customer can come closer and ultimately useful for the operator for future business. The hotel Sagar kanya and its staff at Puri are very cordial and good. The Orissa Tour planner Mr James is okay and Mr Kaishar Ahmed of Travel triangle is very well coordinating thro' emails. Overall I can give pass marks and the tour is just satisfactory. I would like to hear from the concerned regarding loss of my baggage and cut short of the tour by about 40km charges refund /compensation. If this is attended to immediately , I can recommend the Tour operators as Customers can not be put at discomfort and loss of money. Hope the concerned will understand , act and do the needful.

was on Cab inclusive package. If I had just booked hotel on MMT it would have cost me 4500 Max for one night and 1 day konark at 2000 and other day Chilka at 2500 Max. So maximum cost would be 9000-12000 Max. With nothing special I feel the tour cost was overcharged

ake good actions wherever needed immediately. Super responsive person! However, the experience with the driver appointed was a certain disappointment. The driver could not speak or understand Hindi properly. Though we requested a couple of times, the agent did not change the driver. It is but obvious that if the driver can't communicate with you, the experience only goes levels down. Language was anyways a problem but also he kept on chewing gutka (which is illegal in India) or paan masala all the time which is super unhealthy. Lots of mosquitoes inside the car.

Voyage Travel Co-ordinator Mr Shibashis was always available to answer our queries. The Vehicle provided was excellent, driver Mr Kathua was amazing, Hotel stay was very good in both Bhubaneswar and in Puri. In both places the tie-up with priests in Lingaraja temple and Jaganath puri led to a very calm, peaceful and amazing darshan for our parents. Would 100% recommend this Travel agency.

he hotels in Bhubaneswar and Puri were amazing. The accessibility, food and service were great. The complimentary breakfast spread at both hotels were amazing. Mandasaru was a close to nature experience. The team of ladies at the camp took good care of us. Hospitality of the staff at all the places we stayed was very nice. Our drivers Mr. Suresh and Mr. Manoj were good too and took us sightseeing. We got a very good darshan of Lord Jagannath thanks to the head priest Sagar ji. Overall a good and memorable experience. Will surely recommend the services of Mr. Shibashish and his team. Jai Jagannath!!

went to Puri . Naren palace hotel was pathetic and service was very poor . Food served in the restaurant was bad and few of the family members fell sick . Cab allotted was ertiga but triber was sent . It was compact as not comfortable . PR travels contact was helpful but there was communication gap between them and cab driver . most places we had to put google maps as driver was not aware of the destination . Bubhaneshwar city is very well improved and was clean . Temples here are really beautiful .

s. We can't proceed with which one is correct. If arrange the hotel it will be convenient for travellers. In puri hotel person are keep on calling ( 15 mins once) to vacate the room . Going forward we have to book more package. If it's again will happen it will be a bad experience for travellers.
