Dear Mr. Abhishek, We thank you for taking time to write a review about the last holiday you had with us and we are glad to know that you were very happy with the complimentary upgrade of Gajraj resort from 3-star resort. However, we would also like to clarify on 2 points which you have mentioned about assuming that somehow you were not aware of the fact. Firstly, if you carefully check the inclusions/exclusions regarding jeep safari, we had excluded the pick up/drop from resort or any other point and on the basis of your approval only, everything was confirmed. Secondly, we are very disappointed to say that the morning of 15th April, when safari was organized for, your friend (we do not remember the name) had used totally inappropriate and abusive language in front of you and jeep driver which can neither be digested by you or anyone else but despite all this, we had allowed him to enjoy the safari ride or else we would have taken a relevant action and stopped the jeep. Please do not try to manipulate the fact that you were threatened about the charges but yes, we had clearly informed you if your friend keeps the same behivour anymore, we will cancel the safari ride.
