booking we were told to get visa arranged by agent but after making payment we had to rush on our own. Our flight was delayed by 7-8hours but we had no information from agent. Phuket hotel Deevana Plaza was very nice whereas, there was some sort of smell in room of Hula Hula (krabi) but nothing was done by hotel staff for that. we had issues with food, we strive on fruits n juices. Having told to agent that both of us are vegetrn no arrangemnts wre made. The places we were taken to were good. We were in touch with Gagan and Abhishek from there also and the local thailand contact people were also helpful. On our tour to Phi phi island, We missed our cab n dont know whom is to be blamed for this, as per iternary the pickup was 7:30am but cab came early and we were marked as no show so later we booked another trip from there on our own expenses(no refund was given) and it was actually much better than that was in iternary for poda4 island. Fantasea was good but on way to krabi from phuket it was a day waste it took us more than 5hrs reaching there by smooth road that google showed 2hr41min that means almost double it took. It was tiring. Krabi was more sort of a peacful place and there was nothing much to do. We were taken to poda4 island that were preettyyy esp that thale waek must go for nature lovers but jungle tour was super boring . We were taken to budha temple and some of our cabmates were dropped on way for some fun activities that we were told we havent paid for.Having told earlier about all this we would have preferred staying a day more at phuket.On every island visit it was more sort of a time bounded trip instead of free minded trip. So in short, before booking please go through iternary in detail. On can book trips to diff places they wanted to visit reaching there also as there were many people offering services that were much better than those provided by us. Hotels/flights can also b booked by own from here only. The olny thing an agent can give is solution if one is trouble (like we were in phi phi). Some better arrangemnts could hv made it to met our expectations.but still nice try! 6.5/10 to arrangmnts and agent.
