VISA process was also smooth. We didn't face any problems with airport transfer cabs. Their plan had a sharing vehicle for rest of the days while I requested for a private one for my family. They agreed to it at an extra cost which I paid. However, the way cabs were handled during our journey was bad. Some issues we faced: 1. Most of the drivers they arranged don't communicate well or don't communicate at all. (This is not the usual case with drivers there as we had a contrasting experience when we booked Uber on our free day) 2. They didn't honour our private cab request on Day 1. When I asked, they admitted their mistake and started arranging from day 2. 3. The reason I requested for private cab was that we didn't want to wait for others to board the vehicle. We are a very punctual family and hate waiting time. However, the way they treated private cab request was different. The shared car driver would come first and then he would arrange the private vehicle for us, thus increasing the wait time even more! 4. Because of #1, #2 & #3, we faced lot of frustration and had to wait for even upto 1 hour in some cases. It was very difficult to communicate with Satnaam Travels representative during our trip as Whatsapp was the only mode and you don't get internet anywhere anytime. Other than the cabs part, rest of the arrangements were pretty good by Satnaam travels and I am satisfied. Hotel V Lavender was excellent when it comes to facilities, location, ambience etc. It was very very crowded but that didn't seem to be that big of a problem at all. The City tour guide was excellent. Despite the transport issues, we had a wonderful time in Singapore. Few tips you can follow if you are planning: 1. Book a Hotel+Flight+AirportTransfers Package only (without a trip itinerary). You can plan the itinerary yourself and book individual cabs whenever needed. Uber works very well too. It would be cheaper, faster and more enjoyable. 2. Buy an umbrella when you land there. It can rain anytime in Singapore. 3. If you are vegetarian, try Srivakula restaurant in Little India. Their food is delicious. 4. Our Hotel provided us a phone (via Handy) for free. We can make phone calls, use internet - everything unlimited for free! If your hotel doesn't provide this, better take a sim card. Will be helpful in emergencies. 5. Be careful to check what rides are included in Sentosa Island. (One of the rides that was included was not suitable for my mom.) 6. Don't buy too much during the city tour. You can get awesome stuff at very low cost in and around Mustafa Center in Little India. 7. Carry sufficient Singapore currency.

It took 11pm at night to reach out hotel which is 6-8 hrs delay. The star Mart travel bus which we took broke down. And travelled at 20 kmph speed for 2 hrs. Need improvement in service

He even got our hotel room upgraded and our tour to Eiffel Tower from level two to top level in existing package. Their VISA team also provided full support in visa filling and the entire process.
