were under maintenance. After spending over 3 precious hours arguing with hotel reception they provided us with some near by residence but it was way bad for what we had paid and opted for. Neha from Travel triangle could accommodate at Mansoon Grande for that day, that was only the best part. People at Grand Plaza reception were rude like one person gives booklet to fill check-in details and other person take it out from our hands. But they were giving rooms for other people who had booked directly. Clearly we could see discrimination as we had booked from a travel agent like travel triangle. Pathetic hospitality. To check if rooms​ are really undergoing a maintenance after insisting hardly they took us to room under maintenance. Yes it was under maintenance but why only us ? Why they were not telling this to other people?? goes unanswered. Instead of wasting out time on these issue it would have been better if travel triangle checked on the hotel status, arranged with an alternative hotel and communicated in advance to avoid these issues. We had good stay at thekkady. Allepey boat stay was good although it didn't started on time much waiting time after we reach there. Our driver Shukkaroo was informative and helpful at times. But he was not telling us the plan when we start for a day we need to keep asking him so that we cover all places. That caused us to miss out Periyar Tiger Reserve in Thekaddy and Lulu mall in Cochin. It would be great for travelers if driver share their plan as they'll be knowing average time it takes to visit and at what time crowd will be more so that we can get tickets early. This things could be improved. Overall it was good experience for us. Wonder Valley in Munnar, Allepey House Boat Stay, Boat ride in Cochin were some of our good memories.

In our case another person came into existence who doesn’t respond like the before person who has promised for a good tour plan.
