t phi phi it was badly raining and we were waiting in the hotel lobby. The driver was lil late, came to lobby and asked for my name n details and he vanished without telling where the cab was. We were waiting in the lobby searching for the driver and I had to go out in the rain searching for cab. He was very rude and was abusing in thai language I opposed him and he did not respond anything as does not understand English, this was a bad experience we had. The drivers or tour guides must be patient and show some courtesy and respect the tourists. Now moving over to Bangkok hotel ( Le fenix), as per hotel the checkout time was 4pm( this was not told to me by Book My Vacationz). My flight was at 10.05pm from suvb airport to Hyderabad. We went for shopping on the final day and reached hotel around 4.45pm and surprisingly the access was removed to enter my hotel room and when asked staff they said that 4pm is checkout time and I have to pay 1000bht as late checkout fee. Since I had no choice, i had to request them to reduce the charges to 500 but they agreed to do it for 800. When I called the agent from Book My Vacationz, she was like I thought you knew it. How am I supposed to know what the checkout timings n all are, when I'm booking a package expect the agent to tell me all the details. This was second bad experience I had in the trip. Apart from this all were good and I expect a refund of 800bhat which I paid for late checkout fee. Phi phi cruise travel was very good, tiger kingdom was fairly good, shopping in chatuckak market in Bangkok was amazing everyone must visit to this market over weekend. The food was really good and the prices were cheap.
