Now this coordinator is another person(Anurag), who doesn't have a clue about my itenary and changed my itenary at will for his cost convenience. My South goa trip is completely scrapped. And the birthday party of kid was scheduled 40mins away from my stay where we had to walk all the way. Parth, who is chief of this Agents doesn't have any idea of the itenary as well. They informed the beach shack guys at the last moment that it was a birthday party. I have been given multiple instructions to Vanshika and for everything she told that she will take care before booking. But during the travel some random guy pops up as a coordinator and says he was not informed by Vanshika about any such instructions. We clearly instructed that we do not want south goa trip on day 3 but instead on day 4 , and day 3 only have transport between one resort to other. But Anurag/Parth made both on same day for their cost savings and inspite of multiple communications, they just put blame on each other. Vanshika is already vanished from communication by this time. DO NOT BOOK with this agents if you wish for a good Goa trip. Goa is a best place to have a vacation but agents like this will ruin that.

there is no updates upto last minute about cab drivers and next day who will come to pick us and etc The end of the day we have to call to agent for updates and who will come and where was the pickup and etc For Dudh sagar trip 1 full day trip in that spice garden with guide But no one showed us the spice garden and they returned to hotel our entire one day was wasted And at last day dinner for us at cruise after that the bus driver was arguing with us That we have asked for seats to sit . The bus was over loaded like public bus and we are standing around 30 mins. every day i checked for update for next day trip details But no updates After that at last minute around 10pm I have called the agent for updates and then they update your trip and driver details. We are very tensed . Manish ji you are staying in Delhi But pls tell to your agent for regarding updates Because no one will call their agent at last minute for update Because you have taken the responsibility for entire trip So you will probably provide one agent number at Goa after that we call so many times then they will respond to us . So if your team will update us timely i will give you the 5 star rating for our entire trip . We enjoyed a lot

ord of advice is that South Goa trip could have been clubbed with Dudhsagar Waterfall visit.That way one day could be well utilised in shopping or just for leisurely stroll along the ⛱️ beach I loved the water sports activities especially parasailing and dnt miss the 9D show ,fish aquarium for sure
