Cons: -Agent who took over did not know in detail what our itinerary entailed -Provided wrong addresses on the service vouchers for the places of stay -Was unreachable through out most of our trip -Promised a lot and did not provide the same in writing in voucher or chat box and on trip pulled back from the same -Was told that the itinerary listed the complimentary services of the camps but paid for the same in the second camp. -More a pull relationship from the traveler than a push from the agents. Not proactive Final verdict - Will not refer Fly wings for sure. Travel Triangle agent could have also paid a more active role instead of reaching out only when there was a payment to be made. Now the Travel Triangle agent is going through the paperwork and telling me why the itinerary will not be considered as promises from the vendor. Suggest Travel Triangle take up ownership on these cases to ensure your travelers understand the complete paperwork and what is it they are paying and not paying for. I might refer Travel Triangle though since for a previous trip that I did not do through Travel Triangle, the agent assigned to me for that trip was proactive and extremely involved in each stage of planning.
