ays was very much co-operative to make any modifications and changes to the trip. We had our resorts of choice, and they were happy to incorporate the same. The made sure that they worked towards - What we need and want! The bookings were all on time, there was no delay. We did encounter a challenge w.r.t. the airlines cancelling the flight - Sapna was helpful in providing us alternatives. During the trip - There was no network in Havelock and Neil island. But what I loved was that the trip was arranged very beautifully. The moment we landed the driver was waiting, Sanjeev, was a very polite person who never made us wait during our trip. The co-ordination was minimal and things were smooth. In neil island, due to unforseen health conditions I fell sick and the driver told he could not make it to pick us up to get me to the primary health center. We called up Sapna, and she immediately called the resort people and organized a car for us. She was in contact with us the whole time, and we had to prepone our departure from neil island due to the health. Sapna, helped us to do the rest, even pre booking hotel at port blair. I have to say, the experience of during the andaman trip has given me more factors to trust and believe happy holidays. They dont just leave us after the bookings are done. They make sure we are safe and sound, until we were back in bangalore. This was my first time choosing travel triangle, and happy holidays. It was an experience of no worries during the trip. update that was one thing I face issue. And about the ferry I asked to book upper deck as I have infant but they booked in lower deck and it was uncomfortable to sit. And if we ask any change in the iterinary on fly , that was not taken care and if we want to visit we have to pay extra. These are few things kind of negative in our trip. Rest all looks fine. Thank you. Best memories is my kids enjoyed the trip to the core and elephant and kalapathar beach are very good and we had good time in both beach.

What time to be ready, what time is the pick up, which all places we are covering for the day, explained all the activities available in the beaches, drivers came to pick up exactly on time drivers were very kind, very professional and also was very helpful to my parents who.were aged. Do not recommend any water activity at North bay island as there is all dead corrals. Marine life at Neil Island and water activities at Havelock islands were good.
