Mind-blowing, Mesmerizing, Enthralling...ahh...the words are just not enough to describe this heavenly abode and add on to this are the Kashmiri people..Simple, humble, Polite, fearless, generous,helpful...etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. THANKS A TON to Travel Triangle and Milli Groups for making this trip a most memorable one and in giving us a chance to experience all these. Booking with Travel Traingle was the first best decision we took in planning out this trip. We being a group of four females, safety and security were of the utmost concern to us and what Milli Groups provided us is exactly what we expected. Thanks to Heena ma'am for everything; for clarifying all our doubts, for listening to us, for guiding us whenever needed. Everything, including the stay, the Driver, the Guides were the BEST and not to forget within our budget. First place we visited was Sonmarg. We were awestruck with the beauty.We did think that the sightseeing charges of the local drivers were too much and we tried to bargain. But once we were back from Zero point the only thought that crossed our minds was ..”How much risk these people must be taking to take us there..The hardwork, the effort they put in and to ask little more for survival when tourism is the only means of earning for them..Is it all not acceptable? Would we not do it? We were told that Sonmarg remains closed for 6 months so they earn only for 6 months..So is it not justified for them to ask slightly more from the tourist just to make a living?” Even the Ponywalas who took us to thajiwas, Pahalgham, Yusmarg..Their hard work we just can’t overlook. We don’t bargain when we go to malls, why bargain with these hardworking folks. If one can afford definitely we should pay them ...not out of pity..but coz they truly deserve it.. Second day we visited Pahalgham and then third was Yusmarg. We could not visit Gulmarg as the Gondola Rides were closed for maintenance. We were a little sad coz of this, but then we thought that may be this land wants us to visit again and definitely we will ...not just once but many many times....and it will be through Travel Traingle for sure. Coming back was the most painful experience. Some thoughts that kept on popping up..."Wish I was born in this Place..Wish I can put little bit of Kashmir in a bottle and take it home and see it everyday...Wish I can take a Little bit of Fresh air from here in a bottle and smell it every day".Everyone should visit this place atleast once in lifetime. Best trip we ever had till date.... And Last but not the least.....Some Packing Tips...Do Try to follow J - Please check your bags if you have hidden any fear anywhere. Please unload it before coming here. It’s really a safe place and not what you see through media eyes. Kashmiri people ROCK!! - Pack a little bit of more time, little more energy, little bit of patience and open mind as well and that’s it you will experience magic as never before in this beautiful land and will be left bewitched by its breathtaking beauty. table. Cab was good. The driver was punctual but impatient. He didn't care about lane driving. He was always in a hurry as he had a flight to catch. Coming to sightseeing, local sightseeing of Srinagar could be better. On the last day, driver mentioned some important places which could be visited. On the last day, our check-out time from houseboat was 12 noon. But the driver as well as travel agent insisted that we have to check-out at 11 am at amx and we will be dropped to airport. I had booked my flight in the evening so that I could spend some more time and visit some more places (ofcourse at my own cost). I asked them if they could drop me to the airport in the afternoon but they denied and informed that it will be charged. These things can be improved or may clearly be mentioned at the time of booking.

to time constraint. Didn't helped for Kondala ride tickets would have been helpful if it was arranged. Food : Good, arranged properly and had few options. Cab: Driver was helpful in arranging local transport in Pagalgam and Gulmarg. Coordination: Travel agent was very responsive before payment and the tone and response changed after payment started saying no can’t be done even for small things. Overall booking experience was awesome, but travel experience was very bad. Thanks! Excellent climate !!

later one. 3) Driver was very good and interactive. He kept us telling about the prime locations. He has a very good driving experience. We enjoyed the journey with him. One issue we find was that wherever we were stopped by the driver at the locations for further rides, like Pony or union cabs, those prices were way too higher as compared to the normal ones even after bargaining when we discussed with the other visitors. That is a place of disappointment as we spent more than Rs. 25k in such things which I guess is way beyond the limit. So, as a tourist I expect to be dropped at a point where nominal rated are given since tourists don't have any idea about the prices. They are trapped most of the times. Kashmir itself tops my bucket list of travelling since my childhood. I always had a curiosity of visiting the valley and interacting with the locals. So, that dream of mine came true. As per my expectation, it was beautiful. People were warm. They were good at serving the tourists. I found the Sonmarg 'The Best'. Its picturesque landscapes with the snowcapped trees made be spellbound. I couldn't find the Baisaran valley as per the expectation. I guess it wasn't the right time to visit there. But the lower meadows and valley of the Pahalgam was just beyond the words. It was so so beautiful I can't even spell. I wish to visit Kashmir again very soon.

untered some challenges regarding the professionalism of the travel agency. We have enjoyed our stay at shrinagar and Gulmarg. However at pehalgam we have been misguided and given a different property which was not as per our invoice and value for money. And the whole scenario left us in unnecessary stress. Although the agent Ifra has been tried to be very kind and genuine with us but this one incident has detracted from the overall experience of my journey. We truly impressed with our driver Adil for his genuine warmth and hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the journey. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone planning a visit to this stunning region. As a customer, I believe it is crucial for travel agencies like travel traingle to get actively involved and keep a track on the service that has been provided by travel agency to uphold a high level of professionalism in all aspects of their service. This includes clear and timely communication with the customer and being fare with the offered travel package. Here we observed that travel traingle has no role beyond providing platform for different agencies, which was really disappointing.
