might be helpful to other people. Our tour plan for 10 days Shimla-Manali-Dharamshala-Dalhousie-Delhi-agra. We booked only cab from Pluto tours. And we experience 3 different drivers during tour. And this 3 drivers arrange by Pluto tours. 1)Mr. Mukesh kumar :- He was our main driver. His behavior and driving skill is very good you can blindly trust on his driving. Behavior wise he is very supportive and polite. I can suggest Mr. Mukesh for your next trip he is good person. And his car condition was very good. 2)Mr. Amit Sud :- He was our Rohtang pass driver . Behavior wise he is good, driving was good, car condition was average but not good by nature he try to sell snow costume and shoes but we know that there is no snow at rohtang in September so we deny him but he often tried we don’t fall in his trap. We almost save rs.2000 per person by not fall in his trap so please stay aware about this kind of traps. Driver get commission from costume vender for this tricks. Don’t trust them Stay aware. 3)Mr.Sankar :- He was our One day delhi tour driver. In starting his behavior was good . His driving and car condition was average not up to the mark. After completing delhi sightseeing driver have to drop us on airport. But he drop us on wrong terminal I said him that please wait for 5 mints In airport parking I will come in 5 mints after get confirmation about my flight because delhi have 2 airports so I was not sure that my flight is departing from this terminal or not . When I come back after getting information about flight he already left us without informing us. I called him because he left as on wrong terminal he pick up my phone and said he that” I already gone far away from airport and If you want to go your terminal you have to give extra charge for that” so that’s answer got from Ms. Sankar . So I tried to call Ms. Sharmila for help but call could not connect so I booked OLA cab and reach to my original terminal thank god that my flight got delay and save me from trouble. And one more thing Ms.Sankar’s car don’t have passenger passing RTO yellow number plat he have white number plate that’s means he is using his privet car as a texi which is illegal. So, please stay away from person like this. Good things :- Agent is very cooperative and helpful. Her communication skill is very good. Bad things :- Agent and driver don’t have communication because Ms. Sharmila give as different itinerary and driver was following his own different itinerary. So please try to communicate with your driver that you have to cover this places . And driver was not act as a tour guide he is not guiding us for anything he just said name of the place not discuss about history and importance of place. I hope that my experience will help to other person I suggest Ms. Sharmila and Pluto tours for your next trip but be aware of above things. Thank you Travel triangle for make my holiday better .

Mr. Sandeep gave us a good arrangement of our entire trip. The most impressive thing was our driver Bablu was very kind person. He gave us a very good and comfortable service .

want only commission from their fix shop,, at last day the cab driver are changed , and saying wait for 1-2 hours ,, ours train at 6:15pm from Chandigarh, and our cab driver at Kullu at 12:00 pm and said wait for some time ,, finally the new aasigned driver came and he drove fast to reach at destination ,, he drop me at out side of station and saying the parking charges are included in package and he drop out at main road.. Site views ,snow,photograph, golden night in hotels , and so on

t day it was only to a limited trip and they were forcing me to go with their plan, they charged me extra 2000/- for Shivu caves. You should be really careful with these guys. I paid 50% amount initially and thought of paying rest of the amount on finishing the trip, but they forced me to pay the rest of the amount before 5 hours, when I said I want to pay in the end as the internet connectivitiy issues, they threatened me to drop in mid of the road.
