First was the meal that we get in the flight was not properly booked even after i insisted to the agent to give the meal preference before hand. I know the meal that the flight carries is limited and can be finished. That is what happened with us. My wife did not get the food in the flight as it was finished when we were travelling from New Delhi to Mauritius. Second was the information about the place was not properly communicated to me. The other couple were properly communicated about the rush and the bookings that we need to make before hand so that we can avail the services at the hotel and also the activities. Because of rush and full booking there were few activities which we were not able to do. This kind of things needed to be told before hand so that we can at least do things that we want to do. Third was the team Island walk that was taking care of in mauritius was not good. Few of the things spoilt our day in mauritius. Our tour was spoilt by the guide. He just wanted to complete it in a hurry and we were not able to enjoy the best part of the tour. They were aggressive and some time they were rude. People were so pissed with that guy that they didn't want to travel with him.They change the itinerary and the free day that they gave me was on sunday and on sunday most of the activities are closed and i have to stay at the hotel the whole day.The shop that they took us for shopping were very expensive. The return flight that was booked caused a lot of problem as i had to stay at the Mumbai Airport for almost half the day and i reached my place by midnight on 20th Dec'17. Hotel surrounding was good but the food was not that good and the staff was not that helpful. Have to ask them to give us what we were suppose to get. Thanks Narayan

I came to find out about the change only after reaching Mauritius. On raising the issue, the personnel started accusing me instead of providing a solution leave alone apologising. Later they refunded part of my losses on account of their mistake. Will not recommend "pocket friendly vacation" to anyone till they get better customer support.
