things on track and Mr. Asgar Ali did try his best to do max possible at his end but still at one point we did feel it was wrong decision gong with Travel Triangle for this tour. First the good part. Overall the trip was good. Local agent Mr Kani was very well coordinating the things and was very co-operative. As regards to bad points we were given things which we will be doing in Singapore package and on basis of that the tour was booked and we were asked to pay money . We kept on paying money in 4-5 installments as asked by them . Post paying 60 to 70% we asked them to freeze our itinerary but they insisted that is possible after we pay 100% which was really surprising. Last time we booked through a agent registered with Travel Triangle and he charged us just 10% booking amount and rest on arrival in Srilanka Any ways we paid 100% 3 weeks before the trip. But till one week before the travel we were not given the final itinerary as to on what date we are do going to do what .When we insisted they said that their agent has not yet decided on the same. We then insisted for a itinerary as per our requirement and not agents convenience which they finally agreed after lot of mails ad involvement of their seniors. But again the itinerary which they gave were with many riders. Sentosa Tour as per the itinerary was half day which we refused because covering sentosa in half day is impossible . We insisted for full day and they arranged to drop in morning and pick in evening They offered Singapore Zoo for half day which according to us was short time as there are many shows inside which the kids enjoy and we needed to spend full day there .We requested for the full day zoo as the entry charge was also for full day and just had t arrange a drop in morning but they refused. They said if we need morning drop we have to pay extra that too very high charges. So in spite of paying 2 way transfer charges for zoo i was forced to shell extra money and make my own arrangement for travel to zoo in morning. Also for Jurong Bird Park they did not co-operate regarding the timings which we require and i was forced to pay for to & fro travel charges in spite paying the transfer charges in my package. All these points came in discussion after i paid 100% payment till then only thing they were doing is follow up for payment. Had they discussed these points in advance i would have either not booked the tour. Also there are too many people involved in one booking. First some one books the tour , then second person follow ups for payment and then there is a operation team who plans the itinerary and there is complete lack of coordination. Also while discussing the tour the travel agent never discussed for very important attractions like Singapore Flyer , Garden By The Bay , Boat Ride which is a must to do in Singapore and we had to bool tickets for all these attractions locally. We felt that it was the duty of travel agent to update us about important tourist attractions with cost involved . Whether to book or not was those attractions was our choice . But just to give a better package price many important destinations were left out in package. Over all it was a average booking experience but still the tour went up well and family enjoyed the best we could. My advise to other travelers is don't pay a single penny till they give you a final itinerary because once you pay the money to them we are at their mercy. Regards, Hemanshu

It took 11pm at night to reach out hotel which is 6-8 hrs delay. The star Mart travel bus which we took broke down. And travelled at 20 kmph speed for 2 hrs. Need improvement in service

our is too bad, he just roamed in the city with a 60 km speed and completed the tour in just 60 min of drive, how can a person visualize the new area in the vehicle which is travelling in 60 km speed ?

s in best way possible, was always available at any hour of the day and made sure of everything to fall in place throughout the trip. He even got our hotel room upgraded and our tour to Eiffel Tower from level two to top level in existing package. Their VISA team also provided full support in visa filling and the entire process.
