se after informing TT got the cal from the agents worker.. i requested for hotel rooms with balcony.. on the first day at port blair he provided us with a hotel ( J hotel) room which was having no balcony but a window with a ridiculous view of fungus walls and very dirty water floating from the broken pipes and no geyser.. we were supose to stay in the same hotel on the last day too and when i requested for the change of hotel or atleast room he provided with the different room of same category same row with same view.. neil was the only place where i choose hotel for me (summer sand) and in my itenary my preferred hotel was listed but he sent us to different hotel (silver sand) without even informing us and the worst part there i saw a cockroach big one in the bathroom was unable to sleep because of the fear.. next day morning i was literally pale because of the disturbed sleep and that obviously spoiled my and my husband vacation mood.. i requested for window seats in the makcruze and he promised to do so except for the one way.. but in none of the trips in makcruze i got window seat.. v.disappointing... hotel in havelock (havelock islands beach resort) was good a bit expensive.. enjoyed there for two days on return from havelock to port blair we were sent through green ocean very enjoyable... then again the struggle starts 12pm... after a tiring journey of 2.30hrs along with 3 small kids.. the driver tells us the sigh seeing gets closed by 4pm as the sunsets there by 5pm.. and he drops us at the hotel at 12.30pm saying he will be there by 1pm and no response from his side and when we called him around 1.30 he says talk to the agent.. we wanted to cover the sigh seeing the same day as we were having flight tickets for the next day morning.. anyway after speaking to Mr.Tanmay the driver comes at 1.45 pm and anyways we missed fisheries museum because the driver was late.. the driver drops us aound 3.45pm at cellular jail saying it will take around an hour and after completing the trip of jail we were free before 5pm.. after waiting a while we gave a call to the driver he says he will be there in some time.. got 6pm had wait standing on the road side along with kids all below 5years crying for washroom any some reason... actually they were tired and was in need of rest but we were on the road side.. THANKS MR.TANMAY SIR... when called the driver nearly for the 5th time he says talk to the agent.. spoke to Mr.Tanmay as if he doesn't know anything where his clients are.. he says would have called me before.. we never cheat anyone nor make wait anyone neither expect any such thing... so this thing was literally a disturbing surprise for us... anyways the driver came around 6.30pm and when i asked driver how can u make us wait so long he says ask Mr.Tanmay.. dint u tell him u are suppose to pick us at 5pm he says yes i told him but Mr.Tanmay says go for the other pickup i even told him i ll get late but Mr.Tanmay said do as i say! driver says not my fault ... by 8pm got terrible swelling in my ankle was unable to walk even.. the place is awesome but the management by Mr.Tanmay made it to be horrible for us... spent such a huge amount but enjoyed just two days... rest 3days were terrible... even though i know Mr.Tanmay doesn't care for requests i would request him to JUST DON'T SPEAK but try to be responsible towards your clients... i was having little kids along with me but someone might have their old parents along.. so try to be responsible towards your clients as they pay u for that so respect it.. you are on a post where responsibility plays a major role.. THANKS

However, the ferry Green ocean 2 that was provided from Havelock to Neil was in a poor condition with no ac, no proper seating and I had to travel with a kid around and she got very fussy..Regarding the drivers, the drivers in Havelock and Neil were always in a hurry. They just wanted to dump us somewhere and head to the next customer, also their driving was very fast..if we asked to slow down they would say “we have next customer and you were late “ (hardly late by max 10 mins)..which was not acceptable...On the contrary Arun who was our driver in port Blair was very polite and took care of our trip thoroughly and extremely well. Travel agent Amjad also organised the trip well except for the selection of Ferry - Green ocean 2 and it’s seating. Manoj who was the agent in Havelock also took care of us well and arranged a good scuba dive. Everything

was good with some minor glitches.

y recommend Travel Triangle Scuba and Snorkeling was amazing. Havelock is best place. Spend maximum days at Havelock

update that was one thing I face issue. And about the ferry I asked to book upper deck as I have infant but they booked in lower deck and it was uncomfortable to sit. And if we ask any change in the iterinary on fly , that was not taken care and if we want to visit we have to pay extra. These are few things kind of negative in our trip. Rest all looks fine. Thank you. Best memories is my kids enjoyed the trip to the core and elephant and kalapathar beach are very good and we had good time in both beach.
