Payel from Dreamland is very service oriented. from day1 till you are back she will be in touch with you for anything you need. 5* for her services. 5. All inclusive package is very good as you end up saving a lot of money if you have to shell out for food and drinks in the island. 6. Sea Villas and beach villas both are very good and up to the mark. Not so good things: 1. I think Ohluveli Island is definitely not 4 star when it comes to the service. They are completely understaffed to cater to the needs of all inclusive package. 2. The worst experience comes from the restaurant and bars. Restaurants waiters were completely stressed and delayed all our orders 3. During the candle light dinner organised free by the resort for the honeymooners waiter literally asked us to clean the table ourselves as we requested to change the table. When asked why he said I am very busy and don't have time. 4. The drinks are unlimited but they have control of the quantity by deliberately delaying our orders (or they do it because they are understaffed) we have had to do multiple follow ups in Lagoon bar to get hold of one beer. That's the last thing you want to do when want to relax in the beach bar. 5. Evening snacks were not refilled on time and the quantity got over very fast and we missed it almost every day despite the timing till 6,PM it would get over before that. 6. Our AI package had 15 min Snorkeling training which was not given to us and oral instructions to use the equipment was great given which is not enough for first time users. we couldn't enjoy the snorkeling at all because we felt either the equipment was faulty or we didn't know well enough how to use it. 7. We stayed in Jacuzzi water villa on our last day although the villa is extremely beautiful and luxurious it's the service that is the issue again. we were given check-in late by 45 mins and they literally forced us to vacate the villa on check out day at 12pm despite our several request for late check-out it was denied, which is fine if it's not available but you cannot literally stand outside our villa knocking on the door for us to vacate, there can be certain delays while packing our stuff 8. the breakfast in the room was also delayed by almost 30 mins which also delayed our check out. 9. the package was not explained to us properly and because of which we missed out on many things. I think again the reason is they are understaffed and the perception we got was that All inclusive package tourists are not treated equally and they want us to spend money in the island. in all I want to say Maldives is paradise on earth, Ohluveli resort property is also extremely beautiful, it is the service which needs a lot of improvement. My best memory in the trip was lying down on a comfortable bed with cushions gazing stars having beer with my partner in the lagoon bar.
