hru RambleOver the World on TT. Till the time I landed in Bangkok it was assumed to be well organised. But the very first day was disturbing. 1. Thailand local contact (Mr.Sukha) was very unhelpful and was insisting me to co-ordinate with Ramble or their partner. (a). City tour which was scheduled at 10am did not happen. Upon two to three hour of followup, we were taken to only three temples and one important temple, Golden Buddha temple was closed before we reached. Had requested many times to arrange for the temple visit on the remaining two days, but there was no intention. (b). Pickup time to the floating markets was indicated as 7.00am on the itinery and he was insisting us to be ready by 6.00 am at the hotel lobby. Since breakfast at the hotel starts at 6.00am, even after repeated requests to consider the pickup time at 6.30am, the reply was harsh. Considering this we even cancelled the visit and requested him to arrange for the temple visit, which was missed on the first day. He said he will try but never accomodated. Other representatives from Ramble and other partners were online and said I will get a taxi soon, and i kept waiting finally to waste the full day at the hotel lobby. Had such intentions were clear, I could not managed to go on my own on a private taxi. (c). My flight to Phuket was at 5.45pm and he had arranged a taxi at 2.00pm. Even after stating that I do not want to wait at the airport for 3 hours and it is a domestic flight, he scared us that there will be traffic and it may take more than an hour to reach airport. Surprisingly, the taxi driver left us at the airport in 35minutes. (d). We even requested to arrange for the Golden Buddha temple visit on the way to the airport, but he did not even accomodate this. (e). Thought my pains and worries would end with My departure from Bangkok, but they continued at Phuket also. I had arrived at 7.00PM and was made to wait upto 9.15pm for the pickup to arrive. Also, my hotel was Elegancy Sansabai, while the driver was about to take me to Hyatt Place, accomodation which was cancelled and I had informed to all parties before and during the journey many times to all personnel in the whatsapp group created. The last two days of the Holiday at Phuket was nice and have no issues. Earlier service provider has provided me a local SIM to get connected. And in the second part of the holiday at Phuket, the representative was regularly calling me at the hotel reception and updating on the next day's plan.
