due to high exchange rate at airport 2. I was told to meet concerned person at Phuket outside gate no. 2. However after searching for around 15-20 mins I found the person standing outside gate no. 4 3. Due to late taxi arrival at Phuket airport I had to wait for more than 60 mins. 4. After returning from Phi Phi Island, I had to wait for 90 mins to get cab to hotel. Mrs. Nat ( on behalf of OHM) who was following up from mng refused to help saying she cannot do anything. After calling OHM, I received call from Nat that she will do something. I gave her option that if I can board taxi and she can reimburse but she again refused saying she will arrange the taxi in 10 mins. Again we had to wait for more than 30 mins to get the taxi. Also OHM has been informed regarding all this issue. Total waiting was more than 2 hours. All this problem resulted in cancellation of evening schedule. 5. In itinerary it was mentioned that sea canoe is included in James Bond island, however local agent in Phuket confirmed that canoe is not included. After follow up it was included. 6. The emergency contact person in Thailand was very rude and impatient to address my queries. 7. At time of leaving India I was told that final itinerary and vouchers will be handed over to me at Phuket airport, however after 2 days in Phuket when I enquired about the same it was told that no itinerary will be given. 8. Check-in time of hotel at Krabi (as per hotel rules) was 15:00, then I do not understand why transfer from Phuket was arranged at 10:00 AM. I had to wait at hotel lobby in Krabi for more than 2 hours. 9. Bad service provided by hotel at Krabi. No luggage transfer to room, had to carry stuff by own to room. 10. Krabi trip was complete disaster. 11. Krabi hotel was surrounded by slums and location was very bad. 12. In Safari World, feeding show and river Safari was not shown to us as additional amount is charged for that. Do cross check if vendor has taken money for this but not shown these to visitors. 1. Private transfer to Krabi from Phuket was great experience. Driver (Mr. Maribu) was very good and humble person. 2. Phuket Fantasea show was the best place to visit. 3. Had great time at Phi Phi Island. 4. Guide provided for James Bond Island was very cool and instructed every thing very patiently. Best guide I have ever met. 5. Mr Bhavay resolved the issue of Canoe@ James Bond within minutes. Appreciate. 6. Had nice time in Bangkok. Hotel provided was really good.
