send all the booking vouchers other than the flight just a week before my travel so this made me quite anxious before the trip. But anyways the trip overall was good. The stay was in Bali rani hotel and light exclusive villa and spa. The Bali rani hotel location is quite good in central Kuta. There were many options nearby to explore in free time like Discovery Mall and other happening places. Also the room is quite good not too much noise. They have common swimming pools during my stay it was not crowded. And the stay in Villa was superb although its location was certainly far. Activity wise i tried water sports ( they include parasailing in package but after going there they will say wind is not good and will make you pay extra 45$ per person if you want adventure parasailing else will replace by tube ride :(. Rest jet ski and banana boat ride was good.) One point to note is that the snorkelling was included in my initial quote but was skipped from my vouchers as it was last minute so i didn't got it changed. So make sure to have your vouchers well in advance. Ayung river rafting is a must do in Bali you will love the experience. Ubud and kintamani tour is damp. you will not get to see the lake or crater up close at least this was in my case. They just took you where the mountain/crater is visible for a photoshoot. The actual one is far away so double check with your agent beforehand what you are getting. Ubud market place gold/silver/woodcraft is quite damn expensive will not suggest to buy from there. You can get the same thing from local shop just ask your driver. To me it was total waste of a day. Remaining temple trips were good. Also they don't include Kechak dance ticket in package you will have to pay for that so this also can be discussed with your agent if you are booking tanhalot temple tour. Overall trip was good. Nice people and driver. Many hindi songs, TV series and movies loving people you can find. One downside was food. It is difficult if you are a vegetarian (that too without egg) not much options. some indian restaurants are there but comparatively expensive and food is okay okay. In hotel breakfast buffet the veg options were just fruits, juice, bread butter and potato. in Villa it was comparatively better.

That villa is undoubtedly very beautiful and location is superb but it has too many insects such that we had lizards, big spiders and many worms in our room itself.Otherwise this trip was wonderful and I am looking forward to many more trips in future through Signature Travel excellent trip

iven. We were in distress when one of our friend fell sick. There was no right help given. Emergency contacts didn’t answer our calls. Our booking with Villa had some facilities mentioned in our package.. but agents in Bali wasn’t communicated about it. Any clarifications we asked wasn’t answered right by agents, which made us discomfort.

f in Sense Sunset Seminyak. Another issue I faced was with driver in Nusa Penida, where he don't know English. Overall a good experience
