Travel agent didn't know about the basics of planning the trip. Didn't know about the opening times and permission required for visiting specific spot
Confusion about pick up point wasn't resolve...
d untill last moment and it unnecessarily wasted our time and energy .
Driver unnecessarily asked us for extra 2000 rs .
All that we were offered was hotel booking and car services .
The driver didn't know about the local shops ,roads ,etc.
We weren't informed about the syntheri rocks and caves were closed.
And to be honest she didn't have manners how to talk and how to communicate please talk to her senior and you can cancel contract with her as soon as possible.She didn't know what her job was and our experience was horrible
We weren't able to enjoy as much as possible due to wastage of our time in planning our trip ,.which was infact the job of travel agent

Hotels are good. TT ensures to paid drivers as he kept complaining about TT. No use of booking AC sedan, as car AC not on even after instruction that spoils major trip.

The resort at coorg was good, the cab driver was good but cab was old cab. The travel agent was very helpful throughout the journey.

During our trip, Every where we go they where asking us to pay the amount. (including cab, hotel stay)
The Agent didn't picked up the call from the starting till the end of the trip.

Actually we have planned our tour plan from 10-03-24 to 13-03-24. But unfortunately we had missed our flight. So ...
that we have requested our travel agent please make a change of our tour plan from 11-03-24 to 14-03-24. But they have charged 4000 rupees to change the tour plan.
Is that correct to charge that huge amount.

nt of 1st installment. later I realised that there are some of the places which I want to visit are not covered in the itinerary. And I requested post card team to change the itinerary but even after many followup they have not accepted my request.
Hotels- hotels suggested was good and enjoyed stay
Car and driver-Car provided was not clean and AC also not working properly . Driver was sick and continuously coughing due to which my mother and daughter got sick. I have requested driver to wear mask and take tablet but he refused. The request made to travel trends team for change of driver but they have not considered.
