customer care and satisfaction. I would recommend my friends and family to book trips from vihar travel. Just a small note, for tekeddy please change the hotel Sandra palace as its not up to the mark rest everything was best and nothing best could be possible!!
Best part of my trip was the houseboat and the food which was served by Oceanic Houseboat. Also best thing which I could get was the. cab driver Appu Chettan, he is an awesome personality, very very knowledgeable and will take to each and every corner of the places and give a detailed information about those places, like it's history, geography and everything. He is very very energetic and pleasant personality, never late always on time and always right.. so obey what he says during the trip u won't be cheated or trapped by the local people... special thanks to Appu from my side.. So guys anyone want to plan any trip please book it through Vihar Travels you won't be disappointed!! Thanks again!!

My travel agent was jaunt holidays. Stay at Munnar was excellent at princess de munnar. But stay at hotel pagoda was a worst experience with no good ambience, careless response from room service ...
and worst food. Response of travel agent was excellent. I need not worry and from the time getting down at Rly station till return back to station everything was arranged perfectly. Except accomodation at pagoda for one day, the entire trip was smooth and pleasant.
