at mountain roads and if I have any objection I should speak to agency. By that time it was 12 at night and I had no option but to endure. Again in the return journey he did the same. But it was daytime and because of excessive heat my son started vomiting. He vomited thrice and was really in a bad shape. At that point I called up mr. Mukesh from Hamara travel and he said AC is to kept off at mountains and it was written in driver's voucher. Now my counterpoints: 1. Manali is 570 km from delhi, out of which 260 km is mountain ride so as per agent if AC is to be kept off at mountains it is haif the travel distance.. So they can't falsely claim it's an AC Innova ride. When they send me quote and invoice it's written Transport in AC Innova. Nowhere they mention it's not on mountains. They quote every small detail of itinerary like which places to visit in detail but when it comes to sharing this vital non AC clause they simply don't disclose till the helpless passenger is actually on mountains and left choice less. And I am not talking about a mere 50 km or so non AC run its 500 km of non AC run up and down when I am charged for AC car. 2. When I asked mr. Mukesh from Hamara travels why AC was off he told me it's written in driver's voucher. But I received only hotel voucher by mail, no driver's voucher. So nowhere I was informed. Moreover they provide vouchers only after you make half payment and not at the quote and invoice stage. So even if you get the voucher and read this non AC clause you are trapped because if you then cancel the trip you will have to forego money for cancellation. And in my case this so called voucher even was not provided. So this is a clear case of concealment of information and cheating. 3. If they say AC is switched off at mountains to save engine from overheating, my simple argument is not all the time we are climbing on the stretch and AC can be switched off at climbs and keep running at straight stretches. And I was traveling in a car with engine as powerful as Innova. If you see private cars on the trip you see all windows rolled up that means their AC are working. Are all people fool to keep AC's running and ruin their engines? 4. On return journey from manali to plains it is all downhill journey because manali is at higher elevation so it is common sense knowledge. In this case there is no chance of engine overload even by their own logic. So why they keep AC off on return journey even? 5. All I can take from this fiasco is that travel agency tries to save on fuel by switching off AC for half the travel otherwise there is no logical explanation for all this. The most serious thing is that it's a daylight fraud by conveniently withholding crucial travel information. Had they informed me about non AC clause I would not have booked with them. They knew that very well so didn't tell me in first place. If at all I have to travel non AC why should I not go by a non AC bus, it would have saved me a lots of money also. 6. I hold both Hamara travel and travel triangle responsible for my unpleasant experience and more so travel triangle because travel triangle only introduced me to Hamara travels. I chose travel triangle because of its reputation only. I regret booking at travel triangle platform and would be watching how they care my grievance and in what possible way compensate me? want only commission from their fix shop,, at last day the cab driver are changed , and saying wait for 1-2 hours ,, ours train at 6:15pm from Chandigarh, and our cab driver at Kullu at 12:00 pm and said wait for some time ,, finally the new aasigned driver came and he drove fast to reach at destination ,, he drop me at out side of station and saying the parking charges are included in package and he drop out at main road.. Site views ,snow,photograph, golden night in hotels , and so on

n Snowfall is there but to visit the only ground of Solang valley have waste of time as well as money. So based on Month & time trip Itenary need to prepared.

t day it was only to a limited trip and they were forcing me to go with their plan, they charged me extra 2000/- for Shivu caves. You should be really careful with these guys. I paid 50% amount initially and thought of paying rest of the amount on finishing the trip, but they forced me to pay the rest of the amount before 5 hours, when I said I want to pay in the end as the internet connectivitiy issues, they threatened me to drop in mid of the road.
