Customer care was friendly enough and helped every time called. Malaysia: In malaysia,Hotel was good and the staff were favouring indians and hence were usually helpful. Trips were decent but not much detailed on the account of only 2 days in hand. Time constraint was a bit annoying at times. No problem on point of touring. Cabs were excellent. Only disappointing thing was hotel pickup for Singapore which was scheduled 1.30 hrs for a 10 mins journey and delay from our side of 30 mins resulted in serious rudeness from driver. Snow park was not worth it and could be replaced by anything more meaningful. Singapore: Best was Sea Aquarium. city tour was good but try booking optional tickets for flyer in the city tour, Though extra money it is worth it. Universal studios was excellent. singapore altogether was excellent. but try and avoid the cultural hotel, though in central location, small rooms and awefull services. our is too bad, he just roamed in the city with a 60 km speed and completed the tour in just 60 min of drive, how can a person visualize the new area in the vehicle which is travelling in 60 km speed ?

He even got our hotel room upgraded and our tour to Eiffel Tower from level two to top level in existing package. Their VISA team also provided full support in visa filling and the entire process. Operations team assumes that you will know your self which point first to visit and to where take drop first and will always challenge your common sense .Rather a planned itinerary WITH which points to cover first would be an better solution specially in the case of Marina Sand & Gardens Way ..... We had to walk like headless chicken in heat for almost 20 mins with Kid to reach at correct point because driver didn't bothered to ask for the drop at Marina Sand . 10/10 for booking related thing . Cabs & Shared Shuttle 7.5/10.... Coordination & Guidance - 5/10
