d checking time is 3PM however Mr. Shrey Tiwari told us checking time is 1 pm and as per him early checkin request was already placed. 2. As soon as we checked in Hotel asked us to pay 90 AED in advance as tourist tax. That is 15 AED per night per room. Mr. Shrey never bothered to tell us this in advance and said it is mentioned in pdf shared. 3. Rooms had bad smell, No balcony. They have night clubs on groud floor and music us so loud in nights till 3am you cannot sleep. Breakfast was average and repetitive. From No angle this is a 4 star hotel. 4. Each day different drivers come for pick up and drop. Who expect you to report in advance at gate like we are in a school. 5. Marina Dhow cruise was average, best seats are at top we were given seats below. 6. 2nd day City tour was worst by +971549964913 Hamza Nauman. It was drive thru dubai. 5-5 mins stops were given for pictures.Driver specifically denied us to eat anything like biscuits or any snack in car (a pregnant lady and kid was denied to have few bites). Jumeirah beach was promised to us that driver flatly denied, Mr Shrey Tiwari and team was of no help). At Atlantis hotel beach stop he told us he cannot park and if we come with any sand on our feets we will denied to sit in car. Worst and rude driver I have ever seen. 7. Same day due to heavy rush at BurjKhalifa we got late and driver moved without picking us. Driver was informed well in advance that we are running late pls come 1/2 hour late. La Quinta by Wyndham has 24 hours room service for food and their saffron restaurant food is good. 2. Hotel Staff was good. I don't think All Well travel group is capable of managing Rayna tour and travel in anyway. They promise/hide things before selling the package. However totally dependent on Rayna travel and their drivers for everything.

We had a lot of complementary places to visit including a beautiful tea estate and a fully guided spice garden and a spice shop with all the spices available in Sri Lanka. Since we were Tamilians, The agency especially got us a specific Tamil driver. One thing I Really appreciate about the agency and especially the Driver is that, once we told him that my grandfather had special medical condition, he took that in to account very seriously unlike other drivers that we had met. He would drive accordingly and drop us near the entrance of the site and then park his car. The driver was always there with us to take care of us especially my grandfather, who he took VERY good care of. He would guide us everywhere because we were new to Sri Lanka. The driver would not hesitate to take us wherever we wanted and would give us extra tips about the wonders of Sri Lanka. He was always cheerful, helpful and adjusting. Kudos to Mr. Nasran (Our Driver). What truly set this agency apart was their attention to detail and commitment to providing a personalized experience. We were a vegetarian faily and they paid special attention to that point and booked us hotels which accommodated this Indian cuisine and diet. She was very helpful and accommodating. She was connected with us through-out the trip to check how it is going for us. There were some issues with hotel booking initially but that was sorted. Hotels that were initially selected and quoted for weren't available after a day. Luckily, alternate hotels offered turned out to be good except in Pahalgam. During peak tourist season, it's difficult to trust their words on hotels availability. Need to be a little careful before making advance payment. It was a good experience overall. I would recommend Emaar to anyone planning trip to Kashmir.

If the trip advisor could Inform travelers in advance which network works well specially in Munnar then may b the travellers could arrange for a sim before hand. Also there is an option for ticket booking for the wild life boating online. But not all travelers r aware of the same. That could b also informed so that the tickets can be booked Atleast 1 day in advance. Overall experience was satisfactory.. also the waterfalls in summer r dry. This is not mentioned to the travellers so sight seeing to these places r not worth it. Something better can be planned instead Have taken back some good memories from the trip. The back water house boat experience was good. The boat had wooden carvings.. our driver also was very cooperative n took good care of us during the trip. Would recommend the same driver to more passengers travelling in the future.
