The hotel in Paris and Rome were pretty bad. Paris : Room size was so small that movement around bed hit the leg. Rome: the hotel was not habitable , there were mosquitoes in the reception area and in the room balcony. Switzerland: Interlaken hotel upgrade was best Luzern and Zurich , hotels were decent. Kudos to Travel Triangle!! Once again I received a very good Travel Advisor from Travel Triangle! We wanted a self-guided train tour through Switzerland for about 12-13 days in the month of July 2023 and boiled down on the quote from Wanderbird Holidays received through Travel Triangle. It was an amazing experience to plan our trip with Raunak Pathak from Wanderbird Holidays. He quickly understood our taste of travel and suggested destinations, hotels, the best way to travel and sightseeing activities. The process of booking all the tickets right from flight tickets to all sightseeing activities including the Swiss Travel Pass was very smooth and we did not have to follow up at all for the same. He gave updates from time to time regarding reservations and provided excellent assistance for VISA as well. All hotels were booked upon discussing with us and in almost all cases we went ahead with his suggestions! A week before our travel date, we had the handing-over call with Raunak. It was an extensive call of around 2 hours wherein he explained each and every small thing including the trains to be chosen and cleared all our doubts. (Although we were also well prepared, we did have small little apprehensions before proceeding!) During our trip too he was continuously in touch with us and ensured that we had a pleasant trouble-free trip. He was always available on call, in case we required his support! All the hotels were perfectly located and met our expectations! Breakfast was included in our stay at all hotels and we got boxed breakfast from the hotel in cases when we were to leave very early. Raunak had already spoken to the hotels about this also! Upon our returning back home also Raunak called us and took feedback about the trip in general and all hotels and activities in particular - and we felt it was thoroughly professional of him to do so! So 100% good feedback for Wanderbird Holidays and specially for Raunak Pathak! Would look forward to travel with them in future too!
