Overall experience with my first hotel that I suggested was grt except the room view but the second hotel sarovar suggested by pooja was not that grt and the check out time is 10 am that is too early. I told my agent pooja that I requested the hotel to atleast extend it for 1 hr but they were not ready so I asked the agent to ask the driver to take us to market as my flight was around 3:00 pm and there was gap of 2 hrs where shouId I go. She was least bothered to revert back and said u ask the hotel to extend the time and driver is only for dropping u to the airport for last day. Till date she did not replied to my message. Also one more thing that the driver took 400 rs extra for parking where he did not even parked his car and he did not suggested us good market for shopping as he did not wanted to go anywhere apart from fee mentioned places. Overall experience was seamless. Flextates did their job right. Both the hotels eventually turned out to be good as Udaipur’s property earlier we were not happy with but then we got a choice from Flextates and they visited us also to address the concerns. Good Customer Service. But only thing went out of their control was driver since they had hired someone locally and we had 3 drivers in overall trip. 2nd one who was in Jaipur was missguided us and shared wrong information on timings of the monuments, markets etc. He even asked us not to go to Ajmer and Pushker which was included in the package. This part if Flextates could have managed properly then I would have given excellent feedback. Jaipur is very nice and clean city but very much commercial. We loved Udaipur but. Very nice weather, places and had excellent experience. Overall trip was memorable.

Only thing I need is to be done is to share a itinerary (list of attractions) with the guest and let the guest & driver decide where the guest wants to visit. This will help both the driver and the guests. The guest will never feel that we should have explored a particular place had we been informed earlier. They will prioritise their visit according to the time they are at a particular place. Driver will anyways will have to oblige. Amer Fort and Mehrangarh are a must in Jaipur and Jodhpur respectively.
