Epicurean Holidays is best for international tours. We booked the Bali package from here, overall experience was fantastic. Would like to book again whenever plans to visit outside. Their best part is that they support in payment issues also. Sometimes a person is not able to make payment on given time or proposed amount, they help in extend the time which is very helpful for us. Everything

Crystal Bay hotel was good. Buana Bali hotel was a bad experience. A/C and TV wasn’t working. Limited breakfast. The driver Putu was good. However wasn’t flexible with the itenary. The food as part of the package was really bad. One star for food.

We booked our first international trip to Bali through them. Got enough support to get details of travel, hotel choices, flight choices, places to visit etc. We always had our car and guide at the hotel so no issues of any hassle there. Pros: Guidance was enough and good Agent is approachable on whatsapp even in your travel The cab was good, clean and available on time when we needed Offered enough options of hotel to choose from Issues faced: 1. Guide was not keen to spend any time in any of the places and kept saying negative things about places so that we dont go or dont spend much time there and he can get free asap. We had told the travel agent that we will not be going to couple of places mentioned ni the itenary rather we can see some other place on the way (if any) and the same we told to our guide but he said there is nothing else to see and for most of the places he said it will take 3 hours to reach etc. We saw so many guides going along with their clients and explaning things, clicking pictures etc but our guide was dropping us at the entrance and told us to visit and come back soon. We also asked the guide to take us to any local market but said there is no market and made many excuses and he took us to a veyr expensive exhibition saying its cheap here for Indians where as the prices were 4 times higher then any other market (which we explored near out hotel etc ) 2. Jepun spa is shady, please avoid taking spa there. 3. You can also skip Scuba which they offer as the water there is not very clean and you barely see anything. Even in Nusa Penida the driver did not take us to 1 place (out of 5 mentioned by travel agents) saying it will take lot of time and we kept waiting more then an hour for the fairy to arrive, this time could have been used to visit one more place. Holiday Inn hotel is decent at the cost they charge the only issue is breakfast options for Vegetarians courtyard by Marriott is very good property with decent veg food options.

Trip was beautifully planned and resorts were wonderful. We had an amazing experience. Neha helped us all along the planning process and gave good suggestions.

It was our anniversary celebration trip to Bali. The plan was a bit short because of our leave concerns. We wanted a travel partner since we did not have much time to spend on booking and searching bout Bali. We decided to book it with TT due to our experience in our Thailand trip. Though there was some confusion in the itinerary given by our Agent miss Varsha, later it has been sorted out. Special mention to Miss Sakshi. Varsha has given us the quote exactly what we wanted. When comes to the trip, it was an amazing experience out there. The best trip we ever had. The hospitality and service gave by the foreign agent, hotel people and cruise people were great. Nusa Penida island trip was wonderful because of its breathtaking views. The next day trip to Kintamani volcano was great. We have covered many things on that day. Ubud, monkey forest, waterfall(the best of the day), Kintamani volcano etc. 3rd-day cruise trip to Lembongan island would be an awesome experience to someone who loves water sports activities. The cruise itself is a premium one. They provide different type types of activities like Scuba, sea walk, snorkelling, banana boat, underwater submarine boat journey, diving, etc it was amazing experience for us. The stay in Sadara boutique beach resort was also great we had a romantic dinner on the beach on our anniversary. And overall it was truly amazing. We thank all of you for making it wonderful.

Overall, the trip was average. I would say it could have been planned better. Since this was my honeymoon trip, I would have expected it to be little hassle free. The places that were planned to visit, we were rushed to those places. We couldn’t enjoy any place. The driver was always in the hurry (except for the last day). Choice of places to visit could have been better. Instead of just going to view points to click a photo, I would have appreciated if I could enjoy the beauty of the place for a couple of hours atleast. The decoration that was requested in the hotels were not there (Asvara didn’t have any decoration). Mahesh from Befikre ghumo was constantly in touch with me and helped me troubleshoot some of the problems, but again major problem was with the planning of the itinerary. Everyday was tiring for us because of the way it was planned. The candle light dinner was also super hectic for us as we were directly taken to the beach for candle light dinner from the airport. This isn’t a good planning (although my flight was rescheduled but still I have given the heads up 3-4 days before). The spa session that was planned for me was planned in the morning after breakfast (I don’t think so if anyone would prefer spa after breakfast). I had to let the spa session go and spent 4k INR for a separate session at Asvara. Good part of the trip were the choice of hotels (little bit of hiccups were there with respect to the rooms at Sadara but that was still manageable). We barely spent any time going to the waters on the beach. For Snorkelling also, it took 3 hours which wasn’t required (all the points were exactly same). Due to this, we were again rushed to all the spots in Nusa Penida island and skipped Crystal Bay. The ground staff (Ms. Yuli and driver Mr. Kadek) behaved rudely on one day when we had to go to Nusa Penida and they constantly bugged us till the time we left the hotel. Although we were on time as per the itinerary. I would prefer to plan a trip on my own the next time so that it’s a relaxing trip instead of a hassle The private transfers, condition of the car, choice of hotels, Bali as a destination are among the good memories from the trip.

Must say the driver and guide mr tegig vyasa was an excellent person,knew the place,was friendly and did a good job The trip was fine with good response to queries and other stuff from galaxy tours Delhi, mr Kailash. I had requested 2 properties for stay and was alloted benoa suites as first property and kampong villa as second.. the benoa suites was a disaster for me,right from entering the room,the room smelled is something old,the bedsheets were not clean with dirty spot on it which was changed, the shower was not functioning properly which even after complaining the technician could not fix...the receptionist before allocating room is giving me a list of what not to do in his property ,so no benoa suites for me. Was impressed with the kampoeng villa stay and would recommend it to anyone..the property was clean,lived up to its pictures ,just that it's a bit remote but that's ok

Hotels were excellent. Pick up and drop facilities were best. Only one thing that I want to change that regarding to the activities including water sports and places of visiting in nearby area need to be told in details while the time of booking. I was told only for 3 water sports activity but there was many activities and their prices was very very high. These things must be cleared at the time of booking. All nearby area should be told before the booking, so we can select the best. Overall trip and facilities provided by Journey routers are excellent. Highly Recommended Ini Vie Villa Memories

Everything was organised very well. We got stay at 2 places one at 5* hotel and one was at Villa. When we moved to villa we had all the activities which was near to hotel, it would have been great if we had those activities when we were at hotel. As, everyday we were travelling for almost 1 hr and that to where we stayed at our initial days.

On our 5th anniversary we decided to travel to Bali. Travel triangle connected us to The Desi Yatri. We were keen on booking from travel triangle as the rates were less than that provided by other famous sites. However we were skeptic about reliablility and creditability (as it connects you with other travel agents unlike makemytrip and other similar websites) After having personal conversation with both Sahil and Aastha from The Desi Yatri, we decided to give it a shot. They made a perfect itenary for us and helped us with hotel of our choice within our budget. Made special arrangements for our anniversary.
