From Day 1 , there were lot of confusions from the travel agent ... we had to wait 1 hr in airport for cab ... Again our first spot Tiger park tickets were not given in advance ... We had to ask them multiple times ... In itinerary they will say that they provide English speaking drivers but none of the drivers spoke English.. we were finding very difficult to communicate with drivers .... Indian travel agents changed our hotel and did not tell the local agents and they everytime informed driver about the pickup and drop to other hotel. And last day of trip we planned for shopping but they screwed up ... In itinerary they mentioned that we will be dropped to Airport at 5pm as the flight being at 9pm but driver was dropped us at airport at 12pm ... We were fighting with travel agents ... Driver cannot understand us ... Then again from airport in the same cab they dropped us in hotel. We lost almost 2 hrs on this.. later for 5pm drop they provided the cab at 6pm only .. and it was heavy traffic we reached airport at 7 20 pm .. which is just 30 kms from our hotel .. and we were in panic and rush .. they did provide a peaceful last day of trip to us . Very lethargic people. DONT EVER BOOK WITH BREAKBAG.

The overall Thailand trip was fun and full of activities. The hotel accommodation was also good, especially Rembrandt Hotel in Bangkok was superb. Coral island visit with activities was good. The only drawback was Tiger Park Safari, it was way too expensive. Not worth it. In all the Trip gave us full value of our money. Need to give a big Shout out to Ms. Indrani of BreakBag holidays, she had done a excellent arrangements. Everything was on Dot. Under water experience in Coral island. The speed boat ride from Pattaya to Coral Island. Rembrandt Hotel in Bangkok. Bangkok Night life. Chao Praya River cruise was excellent.

Driver who picked up from the Bangkok airport was very rude and herbehavior was unfriendly she gave us very negative impact but gradually other drivers were okay, the first driver need proper training that how to behave with the tourists , pattaya hotel was not at all upto the mark no bell boy to pick your luggage we took our whole luggage to the 4 th floor, staff is very rude and unfriendly, not at all recommended to others, bangkok hotel was good but rooms were little small but location was good , near to all the facilities, tour Operator alex was okay okay , better option can be provided and never the less Mr Shekhar was best part in the whole tour right from giving the best possible deal, cooperating with us in every manner when we reached Bangkok and always helpful when ever needed, so five stars to him, Thanks. We liked the whole trip eventhough some problems we faced but we enjoyed the package tour provided with lots of cherish able memories.
