We had planned the vacation to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday!! This I had informed right from the time of booking to the time we landed in Bangkok to all the people i was coordinating with and was asked to speak with. (Mr Piyush Saxena / Mr Ankush Bharadwaj / Natcha were well aware of the occasion). When we checked in at Hotel Centara, we were told at the check-in counter that they cannot arrange for the cake, which should have been informed by Travel Triangle earlier. WE HAD NO CAKE TO CUT FOR HER 50th BIRTHDAY!!! We also had issues with the water leakage in the room (AC water leakage) I MESSAGED TO PIYUSH AND TO ANKUSH ON THE 14th of JULY TO EXPRESS MY UNHAPPINESS!!!!! We had travelled to Srilanka with Travel Triangle in May 2013, which we still cherish in our memories Not sure whether we do another trip with you !!

Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit

Pattaya - just fallen in love with the city. Alcazar Show was awesome. Coral Island- once in a life time experience. Thrilling Para sailing and underwater adventure!! Simply mesmerising- had videos and photos too!! Very hospitable and cooperating guides althrough. FX Hotel - just loved the stay there. Art in paradise - one of a kind, in 3D version. Took lot of marvellous pictures trying to capture Pattaya and Bangkok in a nutshell besides beholding nature’s beauty and unique creations through our mortal eyes!! Temples were beautiful and open Safari was simply mind blowing beyond words!! A very pleasant and memorable and happening trip !! The stay was amazing.The scheduling was good too.But the support team failed really bad at krabi and phuket with different sorts of excuses. They were sorry many times. They were not supportive at all and were stuck on the side of their stupid local agent and did not provide any compensation for their mistakes and kept pushing us into a frustrating experience. But the Booking experience with travel Triangle was great and the Itinerary was prepared very well by the agent Vandana of My Travel Calendar.But the support team totally disappointed with their miscommunication and cost us a day tour. The App User interface is totally cool and I have recommended it to many people. I liked how a trip advisor was assigned and was very prompt with all my queries. The guide and the drivers are on time but the check in time makes us feel lightly uncomfortable if u change tat it would be better for the people for refresh.
