Exciting Andaman Family Trip 5 Days & 4 Nights

Visited in Month of October 2019. Trip is really memorable. Thanks to travel triangle for arranging one. Trip was well organised and taxi, hotel bookings were as per commitment. pick up drop service, sight seeing was well organised. Drivers were present by the time we land at airport or by ferry. They covered Port Blair sight seeing such as beach, cellular jail , light and sound show. Havelock & Neil island sight seeing. They arranged for water sports (need to pay extra as not covered in package ) such as scuba etc. Most of the time in trip we dont have network coverage for our mobile but still it was tension free. Place is so beautiful that you wont bother and perfect place to recharge yourself with nature. Beach and places are clean, less polluted & populated so once can enjoy to fullest. One suggestion to travel triangle, itinerary they provide does not include exact time lines like how much time they are planning at sight seeing spots and sequence of sight seeings. instead of getting this information on the respective day from cab drivers if they can finalize it in advance It will help better to visitors.

We had a lovely trip with Andaman Om Sai holidays. Right from customizing the package to making the trip happen seamlessly. Raji & Anil are quick to respond to your queries and have made sure we are happy with everything. Thank you we had a memorable family trip.

The hotels were selected/chosen by me, so the travel agent did not assist me much, except for Heritage mnr which is an average property. Barefoot and itc Welcom were exceptionally good . The drivers were co-operative and pretty much on time, but only disappointing factor was that the travel agents were absolutely non existent and did not communicate well with me , neither to update me on plans nor update me about sudden change of plans due to ferry cancellation and weather changes , which was disappointing. Barefoot @havelock and itc Welcom and the cruise were exceptional. We loved even the beaches at Havelock which are memorable

Overall the experience was awesome, starting from receiving in portblair the journey was smooth and excellent. Everything from travel agent part is good hospitality . The coordination between the agents in portblair,havelock,Neil was good. Sanjeet and his team are helpful in all places.we had nice experience overall.

Very well organised all the services were really good, enjoyed a lot. My ANdaman trip experience was great and the credit goes to Raji and Anil. Raji is extremely polite and professional. Anil was very patient and understanding. I recommend them.

Not happy with the service provided by happy trip travel…. The trip was not upto the mark as we expected after spending a lot of money… We expected every problem we face in our trip should be handled by our travel agent but response was “we should have told him before hand” such a stupid and nonsense reply…. Very bad to hear but later when we told him that we will give him feedback regarding his words after that he started solving our problems Not at all happy with the trip

I liked the travel agent in andaman, he really helped us to have a memorable trip but i believe Ajay from Delhi did not give him proper information about our trip. Hotels were not properly booked, the one which was told by him to us was not at all booked instead of this we have to see some hotel over there to finalize. It can be better organized. Scuba diving, Candle light dinner. Ajmad from andaman was really helpful.

I had couple of issues where the initial one was We had to wait for 1 hour at Havelock island for driver. Next the car which we got at Havelock island was ALTO 800 where in 4 members had to adjust for all trips in that island for 2 days. This is really disgusting. We had to pay from our own pockets for the cab to hotel and as said we dint recive the refund of that amount. And because of the cab drivers late we had to wait for about 30mins at every place.

THE place is good, but the hotels and food was not upto mark. What I promised I didnt get. The hotels were cheap and food was .... This time I was very un happy with travel triangle where i was not properly guided

Each destination I get to meet a person who should be a point of contact but they never been seen other then shake hands when we get down the ferry. It's the drivers who were our saviours who explained and guided us through the whole journey. Even when we had issue at the hotel in Havelock it's the driver who spoke and got the confusion of rooms sorted. It's only in Port Blair Deepak was there to help us on the first and last day. Hotel in Port Blair was pathetic, very small room and no cleanliness. Why I even took a snap of a cockroach :) My suggestion for other travellers if you are staying two nights in Port Blair stay is a bigger hotel with a balcony to relax and closer to the market side. Scuba dive @ Nile Island Havelock we wasted time at the Elephanf Beach since all water sports was very expensive.

Hi The destination is ecstatic however, the overall experience considering TT's image in travel industry was way below the acceptable standards. This happened in spite of the fact that the concerned person was informed that we are already an age-old vendor for TT and was expecting a far better response and guidance. Summarizing the goods and bads for ready reference below:- Good:- -Both properties "Fortune Island Bay" and "Seashell" were fabulous and we were lucky to have chosen these as our suggestion. -Cab drivers were polite and cooperative while being punctual. Special vote of thanks for "Alam Bhaiya"! -Mini cruize rides were also decent and timely. Bads:- - The agent "Ashutosh Chourasia" with all due respect is the most confused, impolite and inconsiderate person ever. Pre-planning observed major delays in responsiveness and correct information regarding the itinerary. Also, the communications were quite impolite. In a normal course of commercial negotiation writing statements like "Budget 3 star ka hai and chahiye 5 star" is absolutely unprofessional and has a degrading impact on TT's reputation. - When suggestions were solicited pertaining to places to visit, Neil & Ross Island that happen to be one of the most eye soothing destinations were not even mentioned and we realized the same post arrival at Havelock. There was a major misguidance and repeated mis-interpretation of facts. Few e.g.s below 1) One whole day was wasted as check out from Seashell Havelock was at 10:00 AM and ferry was booked for 3:30 PM and we were supposed to be sitting idle on the roads till then. No information was sent despite multiple follow ups from our end. For quite sometime we were constantly told that cruize time has been rescheduled to 10:00 AM which was an absolutely false fursnished fact. In case that much effort was to be put in, I would have rather aligned things on my own instead of contacting a travel planner. 2) Visit to Elephant beach with a complimentary 15 min snorkeling was a part of package without being aware of the fact that the beach is shut from last 2 months. Same beach "Radhanagar" had to be visited again. 3) When asked for check out to be extended till 12:00 (mere 2 hours) as cruize was not shceduled properly and following up multiple times, we were misguided that it has been done. The housekeeping guy from the resort was standing on our heads to check out. I appreciate the fact that a complimentary lunch was extended to cover this mess up which in turn also happened post escalation to the line manager (Nakul) who eventually helped. However, this took a toll of approximately 2 hours which was a shear waste of time on such a short trip. Closing this with a major doubt of reconsidering the services for upcoming trips! Thanks!

If we could use only one word to describe our trip to Andaman it would be - SPECTACULAR!!! Everything from the itinerary, the accommodations, the local meals, the travel – cabs & ferry, and especially, our travel guide - Vishal, were absolutely top notch! I must say it was a fun filled and unforgettable 5-day trip to Andaman!!! Thanks to Andaman Ecstasy – all arrangements were as promised. Big thanks Muthu for being available prior to the trip and also throughout the trip. Meeting the expectations of a group of 30 is not easy but this agency made it possible. They took care of everything during the trip. Every site we visited gave us more than we ever hoped. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and for a wonderful lifetime memory!
