First of all we are not happy with response of travel agent. They did not give proper information about hotel options, proximity from airport etc., 1 n half day got wasted for transfers. We booked early morning flights so that we will get to spend more time in the island but it did not happen. Same thing happened during return transfer there is not domestic flight near our departure flight and we had start very early in the morning in last day of our trip. Though we booked for 5D 4 N, we felt it like 3 days only. Coming to the Resort, they are not ready if we ask anything changes or customisation. And they are not treating Asians properly. Limited gear for complementary water sports etc., I’m unhappy about the quotes received from travel agent. They quoted high and did not let us contact other agents. They did not give proper time to enquire about prices and made us pay the first instalment to confirm hotel booking. After payment These are not available like before. we got better quotes from other agents later with all options and better response. I am not happy with Timeless trips service and they tried to fool us by saying they are from travel triangle. Travel Triangle too should scrutinise the agent thoroughly. As we planned for once in a life time trip, I feel the pain for having the problems in this trip though we paid lot. My sole reason to take time and write this up is to bring more customer centric service than filling ur pockets with our money. Please work on it. There are good people who helped and suggested us better. I am not completely against the team. Snorkelling is the best thing in our trip.
