When we reached phuket airport, the flight was delayed by 8 and half hours. We were contacting the agent continuisly that our flight is delayed. But still after that long journey when we reached airport we came to know that the driver already left airport without picking us. We took a package to make the trip smooth.. but it became the opposite. And nobody was willing to help , not only sumuk international but travel triangle also. And we spent 2300 thb to reach hotel. This was the worst experience from an agency. We booked one more trip actually , 8 months before through travel triangle only. There also our flight got delayed, still the driver waited for us. That was a good trip.. thats why we booked travel triangle again. This time beginning only it became worst. We wont book through travel triangle again and won't suggest anyone to book

The overall trip was good, but they made a major mistake in the service voucher, they made a voucher for a day after my tickets were booked. That created a major confusion and I could have missed my flights because of that careless behaviour. Otherwise the services of the cab and hotels were good. It was a very pathetic trip. Was stuck in phuket multiple times due to lack of co ordination between different agents. Also whatever mention in the voucher is not provided to me. Also i am not getting proper response from the travel triangel as well as voucher agent multiple tines. I want my money back for the things which i didn't get as per the quote. Please help.

Starting from getting the cabs on time to the check-in/check-out process at the hotel to islands tours, we had a seamless experience throughout. The timings were very uncomfortable. We had to skip our breakfast which was the only complimentary meal as mentioned in package. Lunch at 4island tour in Krabi was very bad especially for vegetarians. Since we didn't have 2 meals in a day the trip was quite stressful for us. Travel agent needs to discuss the timelines with us before confirming the package. We dint get any time line info initially. It was sent a week prior to trip. Since hotels serve breakfast at 7am only our itinerary was very hectic. We had to spend our trip without 2 meals a day which is not acceptable. Cabs were really good for private transfer. Phi phi Island tour was good with quite tast lunch.
